The Asst. General Manger Sergio was really friendly and made it easy to check in. Will stay here again we we come back to visit.

We had a great experience. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our toilet clogged and we were immediately moved and staff even helped carrying our luggage over to the new room. Area around the hotel looks sketchy but that’s out of their control. Overall wonderful experience. Quiet, clean and restful!

Nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Charged an extra 20 bucks a day over what was supposed to be the amount quoted in the itinerary for not very clear reasons, so that was off putting, but overall a good trip.

The staff and property were great.
Side note: The only complaint was I bought a bottle of water and when I opened it (clearly, it had never been opened) the top had a brown ring around it as though it was old or something (Life Water). I am a water only drinker and did not drink the water???

Your hotel was so comfortable and clean. Enjoined the bistro,just the poor lady at the bar was all alone to make food and drinks so it took longer than normal.
