Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

The pool was closed the restraunt was closed parking was $35 a day. The room was not worth what I paid, paid 120 for one night plus the 35 for parking. Vallet guys were awesome though and the lady at the bar was awesome as well the front desk ladies were okay didn’t really explain anything to you. Just went to get away for a day and experience the river walk Alamo and the zoo did it all in one day.

We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

Staff is rude no make no guest parking had to use valet for $40 a night. Asked about street parking and the front desk person yes but your car will be broken into

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever lept on. Gym out of service. Lastly website says breakfast is including. Having a resteraunt does not mean breakfast is included.

The hotel is pretty run down, but it's cheap and relatively close to the River Walk. It has only two small elevators and one is out of order (and will be for weeks, according to one of the employees). The room was OK, but water was pouring in from the ceiling when we ran the AC (probably a condensation line broken.) We had to put the ice bucket under the leak. Also, not much sound insulation, so you can hear people sneeze in the next room. Valet parking is very good and you just text to get your car quickly. The pool opened up on our second day, and it looks pretty good. It's in a courtyard.

Maintenance is lacking in this hotel. One of the two elevators was not operational. Our room bathroom had a cracked toilet seat, a sink drain that didn't work, paint pealing off of bathroom door, and a clogged with lint and dust bathroom vent fan. We did eat a nice breakfast in the lobby restaurant. The location is good with easy access to the riverwalk.

Hotel was located in a great spot. Close to the Riverwalk and 15 minute walk to the Alamo.
You can walk along the Riverwalk up to Pearl.
Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
Hotel was a bit run down and requires sprucing up.
There are 2 small elevators and 1 was out of order which sometimes created a bit of wait time.
Check-in time of 4pm is quite late.

This property is “just ok”. They missed a lot of details, but when you add them up, it made for a pretty average experience. Housekeeping refreshed the towels, but only left us with two towels. They did not replenish plastic cups or coffee cups in the room. Failed to replenish the minibar. Bedroom space was very generous but bathroom was very tight. Definitely needed updates to the bathroom. Just some lack of attention to detail, which resulted in a pretty lackluster experience. Would not stay here again.
