Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

The pool was closed the restraunt was closed parking was $35 a day. The room was not worth what I paid, paid 120 for one night plus the 35 for parking. Vallet guys were awesome though and the lady at the bar was awesome as well the front desk ladies were okay didn’t really explain anything to you. Just went to get away for a day and experience the river walk Alamo and the zoo did it all in one day.

We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

The hotel was nice. The staff was great. Me and my wife only had 2 disappoin**ents-1. The walls are paper thin. You could hear people in the next room like they were just on the other side of the door. 2. The rooms with the river view. The hotel is technically on the river but the view is not the river walk. The hotel is on the river , but actually across the street from the river walk which is all the restaurants and bars on both sides of the river. The hotel sits at the very end of the river walk, so the view is an empty part of the river and a vacant lot.

The hotel was excellent. The valet service was top notch, it was very apparent they took the u**ost care of the vehicles when driving them. The only set back was during checkout time. The young lady working the front desk appeared frustrated, and was slightly rude. I observed her on the front desk phone, rolling her eyes and sighing. Other than that, the rest of the stay was pleasant.

That guy name Ivan in the front desk 02/15/2024 today in the morning can’t help me with my reservation, I can’t enjoy the hotel and he don’t let me in the room. Because he said the system overnight automatically cancel my reservation
Where is my money and where is the value of the hotel and corporation because I be so tired for driving all night and my stay was impossible I make in another hotel
Thank you sometimes the personal in the lobby don’t make the expectation we need .

Arrival area and lobby were great. Rooms were also nice however the halls and floors gave away the age of the building. Had a great stay other than being able to hear EVERYTHING around you. And I mean everything. From conversations to what you were watching on tv.

The hotel is across the street from the river walk very convenient!!! The staff is excellent!!! They really go out of their way to help!! Room was very clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend it and stay again!!!
