We have just returned from a week stay over the New Year travelled as a couple.I miss it already.The quality of all the staff was outstanding I would like to pick out some that went above and beyond but they were all good. After reading some reviews before we went I was worried about the food being much the same every night.I am pleased to say this was not the case!They must have been fussy eaters!We both really enjoyed every meal time(a little too much) The highlight was the New Year’s Eve gala!It was so good and AII the staff worked so hard! The entertainment was very good and finished at 1030(apart from NYE) for those that wanted to go to bed and was toned down a bit for those wishing to stay up! Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The pool was slightly too cold for me but my husband did use it.We travel a lot and never go back to the same place but I would make an exception with this hotel without a doubt.If you are thinking of booking this hotel then just do it you won’t regret it.

Great location at the beach, a hotel that delivered well beyond our expectations. Very clean and cosy, amazing food, friendly and helpful personal - what more can you ask for? Ok, if you want live music in the evenings, you got it as well. Activities all day around and a pristine pool amongst the palms. Love it!

Fantastisch adults only hotel. Heel schoon! Ook bij zwembad. Werd regelmatig gecontroleerd. Super attent personeel en geen vraag was te veel!Mooi ligging vlakbij strand. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet en prima parkeerplaats voor (huur) auto.

We stayed for a week bed & breakfast at this lovely hotel, quiet area but lovely if you want to relax, great staff, helpful & very friendly. Hotel, rooms, pool area & restaurants really clean, also had a massage & body exfoliation at the spa which was amazing & the pedicure I had at the salon was the best one I have ever had, the manager was really knowledgeable & gave lots of advice on how to keep my feet in tiptop condition, wish I would’ve gone sooner in the holiday cause I would’ve gone back for a manicure, would highly recommend

Food stations not regularly cleaned ice cream scoops have no where to cleanse them. Coffee cups left out with stains and birds sat on tables during breakfast. Rooms are not cleaned properly statins everywhere. No fresh towels they just reuse them. All inclusive drinks especially cocktails not worth it, most of the time you are drinking water or ice. Don’t check out without the room pool towels will happily try and charge you for a towel for 2 hours - customer service doesn’t exist at this hotel. Rude staff, most don’t acknowledge you.

This hotel is in a very good location although limited number of good restaurants within walking distance — not a problem for us as we took the all inclusive option which was very good value. The place is spotless , service generally excellent and most of the staff very helpful. Great swimming pool and near the beach. Very wide food choices at all meal times although the food itself was rather bland . Main downside was the house wine which was undrinkable and whilst chilled red wine may be popular in Scandinavia, it isn’t with me !! Excellent activities team and shout out to José who was great. Main down side was reception staff who gave conflicting advice in car hire ( we eventually didn’t bother) and one male reception staff member who was surly and didn’t appear to be able to smile.

The all inclusive package proffered by this hotel chain is excellent with a good and varied offering of food and drinks throughout the day. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and the accommodation is of good quality for the price. Pools and outside areas are kept clean and tidy and all the staff are unfailingly helpful and good humoured. This was my third visit (twice before to one of their hotels in Fuertaventura) and I will definitely be returning.

Great value and wonderful location. Extremely clean resort which was excellent. Wished there were more a La carte restaurant options but the buffet was really good with all the different selections. I had a different meal every night. Liked the ambiance of the resort and all of the different nationalities. Small room but adequate and didn’t spend much time there anyway. I’d like to return in the future.

Great location and on the beach. We were on the 6 th floor with partial sea view. This was good enough & glad we selected this. Lifts were quick and we didn’t have to wait many minutes. We wasn’t given option for all inclusive but not sure we would have paid extra. Breakfast plenty of choice & same with evening meal. As none inclusive we had to pay for water on evening meal, breakfast drink was free. Entertainment at night was better than expected & drinks reasonably priced. Walking along sea front was lovely. We did eat out a couple of times in the evening. Shopping mall 10 mins away you will find a few bars & a number of restaurants. Only downside we found the restaurant a bit crammed & same we lounger. Beach sunbeds 9 euros for 2 beds all day.
