"The hotel is very nice. It is very well renovated and refreshed. The room we were accommodated in was very clean, large, tidy and warm. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the view from the bar is amazing. In general, the hotel is very well heated, which is very important for a mountain hotel. The breakfast was very tasty. The price-quality ratio is excellent and we will gladly come back again."

"Do not rent lockers here. I paid for six days but the first day the office was closed and could only leave things in the evening. I was then told that six days is FIVE nights and lockers need to be empty BY midday, which meant having to waste half of the day skiing. Everywhere else days start at 7am and finish around 7.30pm. But everything here is designed to extract as much cash as possible from travellers. The attitude is always dreadful and I am afraid everything now is expensive and the service terrible. It leaves a sour taste and spoils the day and even the holiday. Won’t see me again. Bye."

"They are renting apartments within a hotel, so we first had to call them (couldn’t reach them) until we find out that the people from the hotel next to it have the keys. We were not able to use the pool and the sauna because it is only the apartments and no services."

"Eleitámos este hotel por causa de SUA localização e spa.A sala era UMA sala de família e era muito espaçosa com um BALCONE e vistas.As camas eram confortáveis e a casa de banho estava bem equipada. As áreas comunais ao redor do hotel foram bem apresentadas e o spa foi bom (talvez não o melhor em comparação com as outras 5 estrelas), algumas pessoas questionaram a temperatura da piscina e o facto de não haver jacuzzi. O pequeno-almoço era o que esperava, embora se sentisse um pouco amargo, poderiam ter feito melhor para evitar que as garrafas fossem colocadas no pescoço. A principal coisa que poderiam ter melhorado foi o serviço de mesa frontal (a esquerda queria) e a restockação da água, chá e café de complimentação (que não fariam apesar de nós ficarmos 4 noites como família e ser supostamente 5 estrelas). Por isso, ficaremos lá novamente devido à sua localização."

"Wouldn't have had any problems with this hotel if it had not been for the issues I had on check out. We had prepayed for 50% of the total prior to arrival, however on check out was charged 100%, totaling 150% of the rooms rates. When the error was spotted (after charging the card) it was rectified but could only be paid as cash (offer was made to bank transfer but would have taken upto five working days, and possibly additional calls to chase and resolve). Terrible customer service to resolve the non sterling transaction charges incurred as a consequence of their mistake. Will never book directly always via 3rd party. Excellent hotel, terrible accounting and customer service."

"When I first arrived I was really disappointed because the place was unclean in places and had dirty mats. The decor was very outdated. The pillow had big holes and tears in it. I felt quite sad and regretted not spending more on a nice hotel. The water seemed to come out yellow! It cost almost 30 euros for me and my son to go swimming in the pool which was cold! There was close to no vegan options in the restaurant. The people next door was extremely noisy and partying to the small hours. However the location is really good and there was 2 young ladies in reception that were so lovely and helpful. Therefore I have mixed feelings about this place."
