"The hotel is in a good location and the service staff is very friendly, but the hotel facilities are really bad. I didn't look carefully at the room I booked online, and it turned out that there was no private bathroom, so I changed the room to love story. The price of this room on Ctrip was 160, which was 30 yuan more than what I booked. The owner added 1,300 pesos, doubling the price, saying that this was their walk-in price. What's annoying is that there is no hot water in the room, and the water heater is broken! After complaining, I agreed to change the room and could only use a room in the suite, but it was under maintenance and the bathroom was not usable the next morning. The accommodation experience is terrible!"

"Um hotel estranho. Reservámos o SEU tempo de paragem para dois dias, perto de Oslob e de tubarões de baleia. Depois decidiu mudar seus planos, abandonar a viagem para Bohol e ficar no hotel por UMA semana e meia. Às 9h, o hotel está fechado e tranquilo, estamos por trás dele.Ouvir a selva e o Mar.Uma BOM praia no hotel. Um delicioso restaurante com preços muito adequados, muito mais baixos do que no nosso hotel anterior. O preço médio de UMA refeição fresca é de 300 pessoas. Um local de Natação com barbatanas e cascos está perto do hotel."

"View is great that’s it. Invading privacy. My family paid to stay to this hotel for few days. And while were out for lunch around the area. The staff entered our room to turned off electricity without our permission which they should not have done it for we paid the days while staying there. We’ve been to different hotels and resorts but this hotel the first time we experienced entering our room during our stay without our permission. Such an awful experienced. Food was not great either. Overall experienced customer service is terrible."
