Good service given by hotel, staff behaviour also good. Clean room with all necessary things. Location

The hotel is not equipped we checked in at 7:15 pm, my colleague and i in separate rooms. There was no running hot water, in the evening or through the night. Next morning we had to be ready by 8 am and despite my request by personally visiting the front desk at 6:20 am and 6:55 am no running hot water was available. I understand it only started from 7:40 am from my colleague but i had showered by then. Hotel is old and needs renovation. Only the restaurant is modern and recently updated.

Unclean washrooms, poor delayed service and not value for money. Rooms have no window, both sides are having big walls. Feels claustrophobic

My experience was bad. The service of the hotel was very poor and slow. Also the staff is neglected the guest requirement. If guest want anything, the staff was not giving it in one call.

Very few hotels are there in bihar who give good interior with good services. This hotel is in few of those who provides both. The best in samastipur.

Room was very luxurious, facilities like bed, washroom and sofas were neat and clean. All other amenities were available.

Trust me this is best. Amazing staff amazing room clean everything was maintained. Staff was very cool.
