Infelizmente, o primeiro quarto que nos foi oferecido tinha um cheiro insuportável de mofo (virado para a montanha), e imediatamente solicitamos a troca, e fomos atendidos, porém o atendimento das funcionárias da recepção deixou a desejar. O outro quarto tinha vista parcial para o mar, também tinha cheiro de mofo, mas menos perceptível. Tivemos problemas com a água quente, que foi resolvido, e com o ar condicionado, que simplesmente gelava demais, e tivemos que mantê-lo desligado. O clima do hotel é ótimo, as piscinas muito boas, área externa e opções de restaurante ótimas, entretanto, o hotel precisa de reparos. O café da manhã era bem servido, muito saboroso, com alguns itens do cardápio em falta durante nossa estadia. No último dia tomamos café na parte interna do restaurante, e o cheiro de mofo estava muito forte. O serviço da camareira era muito bom. Em resumo, é um hotel com muito potencial, precisando de algumas melhorias.

The hotel is somewhat driving distance to meet local places (if you feel comfortable driving around). Our room definitely needed to be attended, none of the electrical outlets worked, no hot water in the shower, and the kitchen needed definitely to be replaced- stove completely full of rust, bathroom sink cloth up. We reported these items. Comfortable sofa, mattress somewhat hard, specious space, great balcony but overall the hotel was ok. Small pool, good marina and service was ok!

This is the most wonderful property in all of Samana. Easy access to all of Samana town and the most incredible staff and marina. A must stay at Samana

Lovely hotel off the beaten path. It's located 10 minutes away from Samana, in a private residential complex and marina. Completely self-sufficient: there is a laundry, minimarket, several bars and restaurants on the premises. Only one caveat: there is no beach in the property. However, the pools and sea swimming area (not exactly a beach), and proximity to beautiful ones more than make up for it.
Food in the restaurants is world-class, and while service may be on the unfinished side, the staff's attitude more than offsets it.
While dining at the Beach Club restaurant, was lucky enough to be treated to a group of humpback whales breaching, jumping out of the water, and overall having fun. It was an unexpected yet beautiful moment.
Overall, loved this hidden jewel, and will surely recommend it as much as I can, until I can return to it in the very near future.

It’s a great hotel but you can’t walk to town and a taxi cost USD$40 for a round trip to town on a 15 minutes one-way ride

Every time we come it gets better and better. This is a quiet and homey place to stay. The marina provided a picturesque view, making the stay quite enjoyable for water enthusiasts. Yelaine at the reception stood out with her exceptional hospitality, ensuring a warm welcome and addressing any inquiries with a friendly demeanor. Her attentive service added a personal touch to the overall positive impression of the hotel.

Everithing was ok, but there is not a beach.
The sea area for swimming was dirty and there was no one to clean it.
Despite everything, it is a beautiful place that I recommend visiting.
