Für mich als Reisender in 4 bis 5 Sterne Hotels eine neue Erfahrung und Enttäuschung die zum Teil darauf beruht, dass ich die vielen Benachrichtigungen und Links nicht einzeln durchgelesen habe und deshalb auch nicht wusste, dass es Bade- u. Handtücher gegeben hätte. Also meine Schuld! Nur ich bin ein unter Zeitdruck stehender Geschäftsreisender und habe keine Zeit mich damit zu beschäftigen. Fazit: für mich nicht geeignet. Des weiteren habe ich bei der Buchung zwar einen elektronischen aber keinen für die Buchhaltung ausreichenden Beleg bekommen. Bei Nachfrage beim Hotel habe ich eine Rechnung bekommen die allerdings um € 71,16 differiert. Zahlung € 247,74 Rechnung € 176,58. Die Rechnung wäre BH konform aber der Betrag stimmt nicht mit der Zahlung überein! Fazit: Ich habe heute Stunden lang vergeblich versucht vom Hotel eine korrekte Rechnung zu bekommen. Das der Differenzbetrag für Trip.com ist soll mir Recht sein, aber dass ich von keiner der beiden Parteien einen brauchbaren Beleg bekomme ist unter jeder Kritik und für mich nicht geeignet. Hotellzimmer: Im Badezimmer durfte ich die Bekanntschaft mit einer Wanze machen. Am Foto ersichtlich. Den Schimmel in der Dusche muss ich nicht fotografieren der ist immer noch vorhanden! Wenn man das Badezimmerfenster öffnet dann haben sie jede Menge Spinnweben im Fensterfalz. Spricht ebenfalls nicht für eine ordentliche Reinigung Fazit: In einem Drecksloch macht es keinen Spaß zu schlafen. Ich kann von diesem Hotel aus hygienischen Gründen und von trip.com aus buchhalterischen Gründen nur abraten.

1.衹有三個免費停車位，但有幾十個房間，可遇不可求。要麼去一公里之外的收費停車場，一晚16歐元。 2.無人化管理旅館，全部自助。一定要記得入住前拿到密碼，大門開門和房間開門都靠這個。不然進都進不去。 3.負一樓的餐廳，有免費的咖啡、蘋果汁和啤酒，隨便喝。

Great place to stay and with a great view, close to the city and you can see the mountains 🏔️ and 🏰 castle …. Would recommend to friends and family.. was there for two nights and it was a quiet place and the neighborhood was so quiet. Best place to stay

My stay was quiet, clean and not too far away from the downtown. You are allowed to drink free hot drinks and also beer. This is also pet free hotel.There is also no reception allowed but you can do everything with your phone and online, which I find quiet a good idea: there is no need to wait too long before you get your room. Our room was very clean with a king-size bed and very comfortable pillows, big shower with all the necessary thing like shower gel, shampoo as well as hand cream and hairdryer. The one thing I would add is toothbrushes and toothpaste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and sure that my next trip i’ll spend here.

Great property to stay for a quick visit. Loved the atmosphere and the replenishing fridges. The lockers were annoying and almost always full… needs more of those at the property.

I needed a one-night stay closer to the airport. When I booked numa I did not realize that it was a 'no-human' hotel with fully digital check-in and check-out. Check-in worked fine and communication was okay, but is limited by what Artificially Intelligence can interpret (don't ask an unusual question). The room was okay and had a coffee maker, but it did not have a desk, not even a chair (in a Deluxe room!), which is my main problem with this hotel. Also, there was no support for getting a breakfast - no list of places nearly, no vending machine. For the level of service, the room rate was too high (nearly $200)

There is not a person on site to talk to. Entry is by keypad to the hotel itself and to your room. There are only 3 parking spots for the hotel. We had to park 15 minutes away and pay for parking. The room was modern and fun but very small. It was an okay stay.

We arrived and the room was disgusting- used towels, trash in the bins, used glasses, dust and dirt in the bathroom, dirt in the bed. We then had to wait outside in a hot parking lot for over an hour for the cleaning team to come and take care of it. In the morning there were rarely clean coffee cups downstairs. The service team was slow to write back. The room was very small for the expensive price. They frequently ran out of drinks.

The location is charming, nestled in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, and the design is exquisite! Now, let's delve into the charming imperfections. The mattress must have been a historical artifact, passed down from generations, as it was thoroughly worn out. Thanks for the back pain. And the serenade of slamming doors, courtesy of the paper-thin walls, provided me with the thrill of a lifetime. The room was tiny, it could barely fit myself, let alone my luggage. As for cleanliness, well, dust and spiderwebs on the ceiling, is just part of the vintage ambiance, isn't it? And parking, oh yes, that's a fun adventure. If you're lucky, you might get one of the three on site parking spaces. Otherwise, brace yourself for a lovely souvenir - a parking ticket. In summary, if you're after a one-night stay in a Instagram worthy Hotel, Numa Maximilian is your wonderland. But if you value serene nights and a germ-free environment, perhaps consider investing a tad more and stay elsewhere.
