The location is excellent. It is next to the old city. It is a 10-minute walk to the fortress and other attractions. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom has two sinks. Also the breakfast was good and the waiters were polite. It is necessary to pay attention, you must check in after three o'clock.

The highlight of this 600-year-old hotel is the service. The front desk or restaurant service is excellent. Professional service. Many high-end hotels have it. But this one makes people feel particularly sincere. Every word and every sentence they listen to and answer carefully and surpasses expectations. You do a good job, for example, when you see me have a bunch of coins at checkout, I will take the initiative to change the whole amount of money. I consult the trip to Munich and immediately help me find out and print out a list of the specific situation, which company bought the tickets How to get to the station ticket office Breakfast is average, but children are free (my child is 9 and a half years old) If you do not want to eat, there are McDonald's and Starbucks a few steps away, but the environment is always good One of the hotel's restaurants is the local one. It is the first recommendation on the lonely planet, so dinner can be solved at the hotel every day. One big one, two small juices, one soup, two main courses. Tips are not included. The service is great. Up Karajan was a frequent visitor to this restaurant The quilt is very comfortable Next to LV Anyway, I'd definitely choose here again

To catch up with the music festival at the end of July, the weekend of the reservation was actually 1000+ more expensive than the previous day, and the room area was only a poor 20 level. Originally, this hotel was the worst price for the local trip. I didn’t expect the hotel to upgrade for free. The room, not only has an area of more than 30 square meters, but also contains a separate bathroom, from which you can directly see the castle of Salzburg. The hotel also delivered a large welcome fruit basket. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Mirabell Gardens and opposite the Mozart House. Basically, apart from the slightly expensive price, there are no other disadvantages.

The front desk is very kind Call us and enter the city's lift gate password Tell us that we can drive the car into the city But only one hour Because every hour the gate password will change Breakfast is also well prepared The whole square of the honey of the hive is eaten for the first time. Originally there are one or two bees on it. Festival time to the hotel It is worthy of being Mozart’s hometown. We listened to the performance of local middle school students nearby. Opera medea is very high It’s completely free, and the quality of the audience is very good. The only minor drawback is because it is a historic hotel. The floor will be a little bit louder.

The low end is really super good! It is very convenient to go anywhere in the scenic spot but not too noisy. To be honest, the single room is a bit surprisingly small, because it is a backpacking tour, so it can make do, if the room is enlarged, I believe it is still very good, friends with suitcases should not consider the small single room! Believe me! When the box opens, you will not only have nowhere to go or even open the door! The service is really good. Perhaps because of the small scale of the hotel, the young people at the front desk can roughly remember the customers, are very enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to provide assistance in the tour. Breakfast is not suitable for a complete Chinese stomach, because it is cold except for coffee and tea...The restaurant is small and cozy, and the waiter will come and ask the guests if they want coffee. The attitude is very good. Hygiene is ok, the biggest problem is that the electric kettle is really dirty...I don’t plan to boil water, but I took a look at it for the purpose of checking in and checking the room. Really, dirty... Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel! It's the kind of small, quaint and warm hotel, not luxurious but very in line with the feeling of Salzburg!

From the moment we arrived it was clear this was going to be a wonderful stay. The lovely lady who greets you is just charming, kind and instantly makes you feel like you are staying with a friend. Our room was beautifully designed without being cold or sterile feeling as can sometimes be the case - it was spacious yet cosy, spotlessly clean, and with a wonderful bed. Dinner that evening was super - the food was perfect, the atmosphere charming, the staff again so professional and so sweet. And to top of our stay, breakfast today was again a delight. Our incredible house mother joined by a wonderful waitress who continued the theme of a hotel staffed by people with warmth and character. The food was delicious. This is an absolute gem of a hotel - made extra special by the wonderful team who work here. We will be back for sure!

The bus to Salzburg is only 15 minutes away, but there are several buses going at the same time, and Hellbrunn or Cable Kata are both on the mountain, so if you have a timetable to go there, you can stay in the hotel, especially if you travel from Take the Flix or Leo bus in Prague or elsewhere. This is the direction from the station to the city, so you can find accommodation earlier because the accommodation is earlier than the city. The staff are friendly and it rains a lot in Salzgan, so I rented an umbrella from the hotel and used it well. The disadvantage is that it is air-conditioned, so I chose this type of accommodation, which is usually not what we think it is, but a fan-like device. Please note that air conditioning is installed. However, it rained on the day we went, so that air conditioning was not needed. Opening the window and blowing the wind is much cooler than opening the air conditioner. You can open the window, because there are no mosquitoes, it doesn't matter. In addition to the disappointment with the air conditioning, the price is cheaper than the accommodation in Salzburg, so you can take the bus.

disappointing - not meeting our expectations - lacking hospitality - scores as of the location the big plus is the location as everything is in walkable distance (old town center, Linzer Gasse, Mirabell Garten - the bathrooms - the ”old town view” from the rooms/suites - junior suites are not really suites, they are more like big double rooms, the normal double rooms are very small - only the suites and junior suites offer free water/juice, water kettle with tea and coffee and amenities in the bathroom - we expected something different given the high price, the reception was not particularly friendly, not unfriendly either, but not very welcoming - we were given junior suite on 1st floor facing the busy traffic light on the bridge with view over the catenary, to compensate we were given a suite (big room with double bed and couch/table) on the 6th floor - avoid 6th floor as you will hear music and noise from the rooftop bar until late! - finally moved to 5th floor in a pleasant junior suite with lovely view over the old town - as we needed to extend for 1 more night and saw availibilty on their website we called the reservation directly and they refused providing us same price as on booking.com and on their own website asking for 60 Euros more! We booked on the website and few minutes later got informed that we could stay but would need to change the room (even if same category) (our 3rd move then within the hotel!) as other guests are paying higher price and are only on the 2nd floor...! A discussion with the reservation team was useless - they simply did not care having us as guests or not! So we decided to check out and change the hotel which was right decision as then we were experiencing the lovely austrian hospitality in the other place. - thanks to Melissa and Andreas from the reception team - you made us feel little more comfortable - unfortunatly value for money is not right in this place - the hotel would have big potential

Located on the outskirts of the city, a 30-minute walk to the city center will cross a lush wild field and feel good. Hotel facing the lake, you must live in the room facing the lake to have a noble living experience. The entire building is older and many antiques are genuine, but they lack maintenance. The public flower circle is also maintained relatively rough. But the room was new and clean. The advantages and disadvantages are clear, and it is worth living again. Besides, there is also a sound view location for music.

The supermarket is less than five minutes away from the hotel and within walking distance. There is a Skoda 4S shop next to the hotel. Although the room is small, the floor-to-ceiling window feels good. The hotel can order food, of course, it will not be delivered to the room for free, you need to bring it to the front desk yourself.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but ultimately left with a sour experience. The first two days our experience was excellent. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.  The first day we went to the front desk and ordered a pizza. The staff member on duty asked if we wanted it served in the room or in the restaurant.  We said the room and she kindly delivered it to the room. The third night we arrived back at the hotel after a long day of sightseeing around 9pm. As the hotel is located in a residential neighborhood there was nothing around other than the restaurant at the hotel.  We asked the front desk if we could order a pizza (please note this is the only thing they serve at night), and the staff member on duty coldly told us NO and then said they were not a pizza restaurant.  Then she asked us if we were guests of the hotel ”do you have room here?”.  She said the restaurant closed at 9, but then during the same conversation told us the restaurant closed at 10.  After asking if there was anything we could get at that late hour she made us a pizza but was very annoyed about it.  Further, and this what really disappointed us, she told us we were not allowed to take the pizza to the room as eating in the room was not allowed (even though there is a mini bar and snacks in the room), and we were also not allowed to eat in the restaurant, so we had to eat the pizza in the hallway of the hotel.  It was embarrassing and humiliating.   Real shame as we were enjoying our stay but this really made us feel unwelcome.
