The lobby is relatively thin ,  This trip was only for one night, and I couldn't really enjoy their service, so I don't know.  mainly  hotels over there have to pay  additional fees ( government regulations) The quilt is clean , the bus stop is outside the hotel , and it takes within 20 minutes to go out ,  There is a Chinese restaurant  next to it, so the environment is good. 

Really impressed with this hotel and look forward to staying here again. It's in a great location and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The only slight disappointment was some of the staff were not very friendly. I don't think it was personal but they just seemed unhappy and unapproachable. It wouldn't stop me from coming back but it might make my stay a bit more enjoyable.

The highlight of this 600-year-old hotel is the service. The front desk or restaurant service is excellent. Professional service. Many high-end hotels have it. But this one makes people feel particularly sincere. Every word and every sentence they listen to and answer carefully and surpasses expectations. This is a well positioned hotel, with trendy rooftop bar and resto, but in my opinion not worthy of a four star rating. It falls well short on service – detail below. ARRIVAL – don’t expect a doorman to come running to help with your bags. Might take you a few minutes to find one, likely you will have to carry your own bags through the revolving door, there is no access to the street for a luggage trolley. PARKING – Hotel doesn’t permit parking outside, neither is valet service offered to their parking 400mtrs away and a long drive around the city one way system. In the rain this is a truly unwelcome experience. ROOM – We booked the best possible room, Honeymoon suite 203 at 1,866euro for two nights. Room was spacious and nicely furnished, impressive stucco ceiling, but a large part of the night excessive foot stomping noises coming through the roof from above. Hotel seemed to have difficulty preventing this noise. SERVICE – don’t expect evening turndown, no housekeeping staff present during the evenings. Dinner in the rooftop resto was pretty amateur service and limited menu. Pub food. During dinner at 9.30pm I asked for extra French fries but told that was impossible due to the Chef going home early on Mondays, the waiter kindly volunteered to prepare my dessert! Apparently, he informed us that on Mondays the hotel drops its service levels. First time I have experienced star ratings that fluctuate as a matter of routine on different days of the week. Check out similar experience to arrival - one receptionist doing her best but inadequate service. Management poor here. Much better places to stay in this beautiful city.

Price-performance ratio is ok, depending on which room you get assigned. The cleaning staff of the room still has a lot of room for improvement. The breakfast staff tries hard but could be trained better. The reception staff is great. The bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and bathrobes are of very good quality. The equipment of the rooms is very good. Unfortunately there is no wellness area. Parking is a problem and there is no cooperation with a parking garage. The breakfast buffet is very generous and I had one of my favorite tomato omelets - it was perfect!

This hotel can be said to be the best in Salzburg at present, and the location is acceptable. Although it is a member of Leading Hotel, it is not a large hotel chain brand. It is understood that this historical brand only has one in Vienna and Salzburg. However, its own Café...coffee with soy milk is relatively good. When paired with soy milk...the taste is like chocolate-flavored mocha coffee, which is very impressive. The hotel doorman, concierge, and front desk are attentive and courteous. What is most worthy of praise... and what many European hotels cannot do is that the service is relatively humane. What I really want to praise is just the service, because the facilities are relatively far behind luxury brand hotels in Asian countries. In particular, the fabric used in the bed sheets and quilt covers can be said to be quite rough, not on par with international brands such as Four Seasons and Mandarin. Fabi. Sorry, if you really want to find fault...that's all. To be honest, the price is not cheap at all, and sleeping for a whole night...if you don't even have comfortable sheets and quilts...it might be really uncomfortable. The dinner service in the restaurant was still up to standard, but what was strange was that...the cup of coffee was very different from the Café's service. I don't think this was an accidental exception. In terms of breakfast presentation... mediocre, nothing noteworthy at all.

Hotel location is very good, there is a bus at the train station, take the 3 road, 25 roads to the hotel, take the three stops, it must be the third stop, or have to go for a while. The main staple of breakfast is bread. However, there are a lot of boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. The waiters are not many insiders or Chinese. Figure 1 2 3 is the location of the hotel, and Figure 3 is the location of the train station in this place. If you go to the train station, it will take 15 minutes.

Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr ruhig. Das Negative: Wir hatten über die Plattform Trip.com gebucht und dort war das Frühstück mit 13 Euro angegeben, das man vor Ort bezahlen könne. Im Hotel verlangte man aber 19 Euro, obwohl ich die Webseite von Trip.com vorzeigte. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, die Fa. Trip.com wäre ein externer Anbieter und man müsse sich nicht an deren Preisen orientieren. Einen Nachlaß auf das Frühstück wollte sie nicht geben, da auch das Frühstück von einer externen Firma geliefert werde und das Hotel keinen Einfluß auf deren Preisgestaltung habe. Erhebt sich die Frage, wozu überhaupt noch jemand in der Rezeption steht, wenn man für nichts zuständig ist.

We arrived here from Munich by train, took bus directly from the station to the hotel checkin door. Checkin is at Hotel Neutor which is a separate hotel but jointly managed. Breakfast is available in Hotel Neutor and was good but not outstanding and slightly pricey. Staff spoke very good english and was very helpful - She booked a fine evening Mozart performance by talented local musicians in Festung Hohensalzburg for us. The hotel room was adequate and unimpressive. The interior was dated and worn but seemed basically clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is just on the other side of the ridge behind Salzburg old city but tunnels through the ridge allow walking and driving directly to it from the hotel. The room was minimal and did not include any chair or desk. Only bedside tables were present. The hotel price was much cheaper than hotels in the old city and nearly as convenient. The neighborhood was pretty quiet at night with almost no traffic and felt quite safe. We ate all our meals in the old city and did not see many dining choices on the hotel side of the ridge. If you will use the room only as a place to sleep and clean up this is a very good option, but it falls short if you want to lie around the room or have friends to visit in your room.

Looking at the high-net commentary, I finally saw the charm of the front desk elder sister, warm and cheerful, humorous and intimate. One seems to have settled the hotel's work. However, there is no air conditioning in the room. It is estimated that the old building cannot be installed. Only Dyson's fan, the room we stayed in is still a bit stuffy! There are three large windows in the friend's room, which is well ventilated and more comfortable than us!
