Perfect for what we needed it for. Family members coming in from the airport at different times. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast for the family.

The air traffic was definitely louder than at some other SLC airport hotels. The public area was noisy, too, with a staff walkie-talkie on very loud. The room was comfy, if a bit worn.

Overpriced. Terrible shuttle schedule. Dated rooms. No evening bar or restaurant we had to goto another hotel for dinner. Only upside was a good breakfast with fruit yogurt eggs and excellent coffee.

This Hyatt hotel offers affordable rates. They have several room options, which was appealing to me. The rooms were clean and had a decent amount of space. There are a few things that I did not particularly like. I did not like how toiletries were mounted to the shower in large bottles versus individual bottles for personal use. Also each queen size bed had three pillows. These beds are intended for two people and I feel two pillows per person is most common. Lastly, I was highly dissatisfied with the $10/day charge for parking. The hotel is not located in a busy part of town so to charge for parking is absolutely ridiculous.
