不論是出差還是家庭旅遊，這是我幾十年入住最差體驗感酒店！！超級差！一個晚上全身被蟲子咬了25處從上到下、從腳指頭到手指頭，每個都有蟲子叮咬的針眼兒，經過一天後仍然奇癢無比、紅腫未退！我先生也被咬了幾個，比我情況好些，還好小朋友在另外一個床，沒有被咬，真是不知道這樣的酒店為何還能開門營業？！向酒店投訴，酒店完全不當回事！衹説給退20%住宿費！這樣的輕描淡寫，試問我給你200塊錢，讓你店家或者你的家人體驗一次你願意嗎？！

The first room was very clean, but the toilet was broken, and the maintenance person was not available. We were promptly moved to another room, however it was not as nice or as clean. The drapery was hanging off the rod and we had to clip it with a hanger to keep it closed. The heater was not working, but since we already knew maintenance was not available, we did not report it.

Absolutely fine Motel and perfect for our situation. We were traveling with our 20 month old and needed a room with a separate area so we could put him down for bed and naps and still be able to stay up and move around. The king suite was perfect for that. We also got trapped during the a**ospheric river storm and needed to add an extra day last minute. The staff were really nice and helpful. The property is a little old and the room was a little shabby but for the price, area and amenities it was absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay again if we are going to the Monterey Bay Aquarium etc.

The property was convenient for our trip to Monterey county. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for sleep. The staff was friendly and we were able to check in early.
But the property is overused and should be reconstructed. The jacuzzi is closed off. Breakfast was self serve continental. It took (I timed it) 10 minutes for hot water to reach our room #125. The microwave short out and would only work if you held the wire coming out the back.
We are not super fussy people and the stay was what we paid for, but the reality is that this property needs a lot of work.

We stayed for one night due to a funeral. I understand it is only for one night. The curtains were falling as they did not have all the clips on the top. We had to figure out a way so the light would not come in too early. The floors were messy as my socks and feet got real dirty and sandy feeling as I forgot my sandals. The rest of the room was ok.
