Ramada by Wyndham Goa Arpora

The best ever stay at Ramada Goa. I booked through hotel reservations and they were very helpful and kind. Reception assisted us with smooth check in and given us a pool facing room. Rooms are huge with sofa cumbed. Food is tasty at tropics. Pool is nicer. Spa was good and relaxing

- 5 star for staff worked in restaurant. They were always welcoming and so helpfull. Especially all the staff in morning buffet (special mention : Abhijit Dhas). We had a 2 year old baby with us, staff were very supportive during buffet. - Even staff at the reception were supportive and helpful. ( But their welcome drink were awful) - Disappointed with house keeping team For entire stay they didn't change the pillow cover. My daughter poured a cough syrup in one pillow cover. They didnt change it during the entire stay. [ I become silent observer and waited till they change. But they never did, attached the pic ]. I am not sure what kind of liquid they were using for mopping. After mopping floor remained slippery for more than an hour. We had baby with us , so we had to be cautious all the time about the floor. - For centralised AC there were no remote, In middle of the night, We need get up from the bed and walk towards the AC controller near exit door to change AC temp or to turn it off. Please fix this. No one wants to loose their sleep cycle. - House keeping i will 2 star. For Overall experience: 3.5 star (Pleasant good and Cautious stay)

We stayed here just for 1 night. We had a good time. Very well maintained property with balcony. Rooms so clean and well maintained Breakfast was lovely. Very reasonably priced menu. Everything was on point. Nothing to complain. Happy customer ! Thank you.

I was staying in room no 211 it’s was a very comfortable stay the duty manager Rupesh give me a beautiful room and I was celebrating my anniversary he arranged a cake at last moment really a good hospitality it’s was a pleasure staying here food was fabulous and the trainee Vamshi he was very good . For brkfst you have lots of options.. Keep up the good work!!! Shayra ❤️

Finally it was our vacation time of the year with family and we were fortunate enough that we booked Ramada Goa Arpora From the time we stepped in we were welcomed by a beautiful lady named Grace , who offered us fresh juice and some shell necklaces around the neck During the check in process Nutan and Sayntka (sorry if missed spelled) we were quick and had good knowledge of what they were doing The Front Office Manager Mr Durgesh was kind enough to meet us on our arrival and ensure if anything is required he and his team will be available 24x7 The Duty Manager Mr Rupesh quickly took us showing the property around to our room We were allocated 210 & 211 both the rooms were very nice and upto the mark Especially the amenities placed in a luxurious property , highlight was the bath tub which was like a cherry on cake The buffet dinner for our first night was brilliant which has loads of varieties Special mention to Sejal , Pinku Mujaffar who took good care during our meal The morning breakfast was healthy and delicious again it had loads of options Special mention to Dileep , tapas , biru , sikha , Mahendra , sanket even though it was very busy but they ensured everything was perfect and on time Mr Debasish who took care overall of fnb was a special mention, thank you for your support Finally after a beautiful 2 days spend it ensures a re visit due to the hospitality that you received Thank you team ☺️

Had a great experience while staying at Ramada arpora. Everything was perfect. Food was so good in taste. My breakfast was included so i had to go to the restaurant, there all the staffs were so well behaved, I would like to mention some names they were always there to assist. Thank you Trishna, Abhijit, Saijal, Muzaffar,For taking good care of us. Hoping to visit again.
