Redhill Reigate

This is a great Premier Inn located near to Gatwick with a Beefeater pub on site. Rooms fine, parking fine so everything should be perfect for an economy overnight stay. However in our room the ventilation was very noisy and there was no way of switching it off. Eventually switched it off at the fuse box but as it was on the same circuit as the lighting this created another mid night 'problem'. Sadly nobody about to discuss this with this morning so someone else will get the same pain.

Really great option if your flying from Gatwick. Rooms are clean and good size with ample parking. We have knocked a little point off as the beefeater attached definitely needs some work. Very untidy, slightly unclean and just overall very dated. We would go to the Miller and Carter next door if we use hotel again. Great option overall though.

I cannot rate this Premier Inn and its staff highly enough. After realising i had lost both my debit and a medical card phoned up and was told they had been found in the room and that they would be sent to my home address special delivery. Sure enough when I returned home from Italy they were waiting for me. Excellent service. .

Ideal family room for family of 5 (incl. 1 infant) staying the night before an early start. Great location, nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff. Definitely going to book ahead of my next Gatwick flight

Very tired and needs a revamped schedule water in shower extremely dangerous one minute it cold then boiling we also had a hole in the bathroom floor thought it would collapse

Have stayed here on more than one occasion, helpful reception when I asked to change my room to the ground floor

Rooms are clean and tidy. We were at the rear of the hotel so very quiet which wS good as we had a flight the next day.

After a 10 hour flight delay I arrived at Gatwick at midnight exhausted. The hotel is located very close by and once I arrived at the hotel there was a fault with my car and I was unable to close the boot and lock the car. The breakdown service was unable to come until 4am. I’d like to make a special thank you to Uldis on reception. He was so kind and told me to park the car outside his reception where he could keep watch on it and to go to sleep and he would deal with the breakdown people when they arrived. Later he sent me a message telling me he had fixed the problem for me. I was so grateful for his help and I managed to get some sleep as I had a long drive the next day. Thank you Uldis.

Really convenient location for LGW. Quiet, comfortable rooms with lots of free, on site parking. Has a restaurant on site (though we didn't use on this trip). Will use again as an LGW pre stay (combined with Meet and Greet parking at the airport - though you will have to book separately).
