Travelodge Manchester Salford Quays

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good value and tasty. All the staff were helpful and friendly, special mention must go to Izzy on the reception desk, she was always smiling and ensuring that guests had all they needed. The car park is ideal as it's close by and £7.50 for 24hrs is good value.

The cleanest, friendliest Travelodge we have ever stayed in. We arrived at the car park next to the hotel and was surprised to find it was a 1 minute walk only to the hotel. Check-in was lovely. The receptionist,Izzy, started our night away as a happy one. She was amazing, we were early but she chatted to us and when we were saying why we were there (my wife’s birthday present to go to a concert) she wavered the early check in. She was friendly, helped me use the car park app and explained to us the best way to get into the city centre and to the venue after that. I wish all hotels had receptionists like Izzy, puts a smile on your face and starts your trip away as a lovely pleasant one. The room was lovely, bright and clean and the breakfast was fresh, all served in a clean bright restaurant/cafe area. We will be staying there again when we visit Manchester.

Customer service was excellent, staff very helpful, Josh, Nicola, friendly and accommodating . Gave us towels after being soaked in the rain and helped us with our queries. Rooms were clean. Will definitely visit again. Recommend travelodge

Just a one night stop over as we were attending an event at the AO Arena. Check in was simple and we were met with a friendly greeting. Room was clean/ tidy. Bar open until 4am and snacks available. We didn’t pre book breakfast but that wasn’t a problem as we were able to have one no issues.

Awful stay, booked for two nights. No running water on the first night after coming in from a night out. Couldn’t even flush the toilet or have a wash. Complained to reception and were told it should be back on by 5am. By the morning when we woke up the water was on but freezing cold. Decided to pack our bags and got a refund for the first night but were told the second night was non-refundable as it was booked on a saver rate. No apology offered either. What a joke, we had no water! We have complained and will not give in until we receive a full refund. Never staying at a Travelodge again.

You know what you'll get with a T Lodge, mostly. This one spotlessly clean recently seems refurbished. Well located in connections, but "debatable" in terms of neighbourhood. Although it does seems secure in itself, with car park locked at night even to pedestrians

Absolutely gorgeous rooms, well cleaned and staff were an absolute delight. Our bed was broken in the first double room I booked so we got moved to another room immediately with no fuss. Staff apologised and were lovely about the situation. The breakfast was exceptional and the hot chocolates they serve from behind the bar are gorgeous. I definitely would visit again.

Clean efficient polite value for money. Would stay again. Close to tran easy parking. Pleasant stay.

The staff are all really friendly and welcoming. I've been here for a week and they've all be helpful and sound. The rooms are always clean and fresh and I have thoroughly enjoy my stay here thus far. The food is a solid 8/10 too. Big thank you to the staff
