Casa Salento

I loved my stay in Casa Salento so much. I was travelling solo and it was the first place I stayed on my first visit to Colombia and set such a high standard. The room was clean and despite having trees right outside my room there were no insects in the room. Jhon manages the hotel remotely and offered the most friendly and helpful service for which I was so grateful. He organised airport pickup for me, put me in their quietest room per my request, asked for honest feedback on my room, checked in with me several times during my stay, fixed a small issue I had with the room very quickly, suggested plenty of things for me to do in and around Salento, and even contacted the coach company for me when I lost my bag on a coach from Salento to Medellin. I felt so well looked after by the team at the hotel too, who were all really friendly and patient with me despite my poor Spanish language skills. Breakfast was great too, with good proportions and options. The breakfast/ communal area is also a nice space to meet other people, which I did. They also prepare a packed breakfast for tours if you give them a heads up the day before, and you can borrow rain boots for free if needed, which was a life saver for the Cocora Valley tour. The bus station and the office for booking tours was also super close (less than 5 mins walk). Overall, I would highly recommend Casa Salento to anyone travelling solo or with another person.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 2 notti in questa struttura in Monolocale King 45mq con colazione a 300.000,00 COP in contanti (€ 70). La nostra stanza era enorme, con letti comodi, senza aria condizionata (non credo serva), ma con un bagno minuscolo. Unica nota negativa l’acqua calda era pochissima e così ho deciso di evitare di lavarmi i capelli!. La colazione viene preparata al momento ed è molto buona. L’alloggio offre ai propri ospiti gambali e poncho, utili per la visita alla Valle del Chocora! La proprietaria è stata il valore aggiunto, estremamente gentile. Il taxi di collegamento con l’aeroporto di Armenia ci è stato organizzato dalla Posada a 150000 COP in contanti (€ 36 a tratta). Lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio!

Nous avons beaucoup de mal à comprendre ces commentaires si positifs. La façade de l hôtel est magnifique mais les chambres sont minuscules et extrêmement bruyantes, il n'y a pas assez de.tables.pour le petit déjeuner, alors on attend patiemment son tour. Il y a des insectes dans les chambres et dans les draps. Le.personnel est loin d'être souriants ou agréables à part le jeune homme métis qui.est serviable et c'est le seul. Bref il y a beaucoup mieux à salento et de.plus il y a 2 hôtels.qui.portent le même nom ou presque d'où certaines confusions

Carina e coloratissima sistemazione, a poco più di 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza di Salento. La ragazza alla reception ci ha dato tantissime informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno, inclusi i migliori ristoranti dove mangiare. Inoltre ci hanno anche prestato gratuitamente gli stivali per la valle del Cocora. Buona colazione inclusa e prezzo conveniente!

La ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza central. La habitación muy típica de las casitas de allí, típica de fincas cafeteras o casitas de estos pueblos cafeteros, con muchos colores. tamaño grandecito y baño bien también. El desayuno INCREIBLE, te lo sirven pero tienes para elegir un montón de cosas:café, té, chocolate, huevos de todo tipo, sandwiches, variedades de pan, mantequilla, mermelada...y el señor que nos lo sirvió ambos días ENCANTADOR, un 10!. La única peguita que podría poner es que la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien y entraba algún mosquito por la noche y se oía la misa de las 05:00 de la mañana bastante pero bueno como nos levantábamos pronto porque amanece pronto nos dio un poco igual jeje

Graziosissima e coloratissina questa posada, stanze ben arredate e pulite. Lo staff è gentilissimo e la proprietaria ha fatto di tutto per assecondare le nostre esigenze, anche per l'organizzazione di escursioni. La colazione ottima e abbondante.

Muy buen alojamiento cerca de la ,Plaza y la calle Real..sitio encantador ,bonitas habitaciones desayuno..limpieza.y sobre todo la amabilidid de su personal, con mencion especial a Ángela y a Santi,que me hicieron sentirme si estuviera en casa,a pesar de los 8500 km de distancia!! Precioso sitio!!
