My sister and two nieces stayed overnight on 27th-28th April. The reception staff greeted us and were helpful and really friendly. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Our breakfast catered for all tastes and was thoroughly enjoyable. We visited the Trafford Centre and the Coronation Street tour. This hotel is perfectly positioned for both visits. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

In terms of the hotel itself it was clean, safe, warm, quiet and perfect for the reasonable price. Staff friendliness, warmth and professionalism - front desk and breakfast - was especially notable for me as a solo female traveller. Thank you.

I booked 3 rooms for family members, each room was spotlessly clean, reception very friendly. Would definitely stay again when visiting family

Awesome staff (Alison), couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. Happy and welcoming on arrival. Coming in from outside the UK I forgot my adapter and that was fixed within minutes, great experience and warmly recommended. I’ll be back in the future and won’t look at other hotels in this area.

My wife and I always have a friendly and warm reception from the staff, to mention a few, Paul and Patricia.Ever so helpful, a credit to the company they work for. I would like to add the Brewers Fayre restaurant next door have a very good menu and food. The staff there also very professional, helpful and remember my wife and I each time we stay at the Premier Inn. the staff were Josh and Ellie and also are an asset to there company. Would highly recommend a stay there.

2 night stay mid week for single sleeper. 2nd visit in 6-months, 2 different rooms and both toilets loose. Overall, general wear and tear with carpets etc and a creaky stair case to envy a horror film. Breakfast @ the Brewers Fayre next door is hit/miss. Good continental selection through. Dinner here is OK and better places nearby. Got a parking ticket through from the private firm for my 2nd night but I know I checked in for the 2 with the PI. Will take up with the private company though. Would likely stay again as it’s a PI after all, but some TLC for the rooms is needed. Staff are great, always friendly and polite.
