The location of the hotel is good, suitable for self-driving, just park the parking space in the hotel's surrounding wall. The Carrefour hypermarket near the opposite, easy to purchase, not too far to drive to the attractions, the room type is relatively new, and the breakfast with the reservation is also very good .

Recomendable ,muy cerca del centro ,peró por nuestro gusto algunas cosas a cambiar como el desayuno que se puede mejorar bastante la calidad y surtido como poner otros quesos, que no sea sólo el de barra , productos sin gluten ,sin lactosa ,poner pavo ,leches vegetales y el café de mejor calidad ,por el resto todo bien ,la habitación limpia con unas vistas impresionantes y el personal de recepción muy amable y atento a todas tus necesidades . Todo bien.

Very good small hotel, very important, they are very adaptable to covid problems. It's great to spend a night in planning work and business. It is silent. No sound can be heard in the room. Very central location, with many services around, and in a very quiet small square.

Since 2013 I have been staying at this hotel during four weeks (second week of May - first week of June) a year. Since my first time here, I have felt like being at home. All personnel are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay. Their offer full breakfast with great hot and cold options; and you can enjoy it while contemplating one of the most beautiful views over Plaza Mayor (main square). Furthermore, location is unbeatable. Overall, I love staying here year after year; I already consider them part of my extended family!

The hotel is particularly intimate and the service is very good and not picky. In addition to the poor sound insulation of the room, the sound of the water pipe is too noisy. The hotel is very intimate with various services and the breakfast is very good. Very happy stay, will come again next time!

Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.

Excellent location within walking distance from Train station, but I would recommend if you are ””walking ””to follow Google maps driving directions instructions much easier and clearer The hotel was within walking distance of the tourist centre. Restaurants were still putting out tables at 2100 and very reasonable priced. We were reaching Salamanca at 10.30pm and emailed the hotel to let them know and they replied reassuring me that there is a 24 hour reception which was very nice of them. Location was great as we wanted to walk around the old town, only the Roman bridge to cross. The price (room only) wad very good for the 4 star hotel it is. We paid 10 euro each for a buffet breakfast, where there was quite a lot of choice - I loved the pan con tomate (bread with olive oil and tomato which is a typical spanish thing!). The room as super clean and big, bathroom well equiped. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We will not hesitate to come back on our next visit!
