The location of the hotel is good, suitable for self-driving, just park the parking space in the hotel's surrounding wall. The Carrefour hypermarket near the opposite, easy to purchase, not too far to drive to the attractions, the room type is relatively new, and the breakfast with the reservation is also very good .

Recomendable ,muy cerca del centro ,peró por nuestro gusto algunas cosas a cambiar como el desayuno que se puede mejorar bastante la calidad y surtido como poner otros quesos, que no sea sólo el de barra , productos sin gluten ,sin lactosa ,poner pavo ,leches vegetales y el café de mejor calidad ,por el resto todo bien ,la habitación limpia con unas vistas impresionantes y el personal de recepción muy amable y atento a todas tus necesidades . Todo bien.

Very good small hotel, very important, they are very adaptable to covid problems. It's great to spend a night in planning work and business. It is silent. No sound can be heard in the room. Very central location, with many services around, and in a very quiet small square.

The location of the hotel door is not good parking, we parked on the side of the road, there is a small brother parking, do not need to do it yourself, need to pay parking fees. The room is good, very European, 3 people stay, the third person is the sofa bed, the furniture is enough, not far from the sights, are walking.

Excellent location within walking distance from Train station, but I would recommend if you are ””walking ””to follow Google maps driving directions instructions much easier and clearer The hotel was within walking distance of the tourist centre. Restaurants were still putting out tables at 2100 and very reasonable priced. El personal del hotel es amable. Tienen en recepción, sobre un carrito, una bandeja con mini napolitanas de chocolate y una jarra de limonada gratuita a disposición de la gente. Dispone de parking pero es de pago, 15€ cada día. Sugiero buscar aparcamiento fuera ya que no es de pago. Si desayunas en el propio hotel, es tipo buffet, pero no esperes gran variedad, es más sencillo. Tienes café, leche, cereales, zumo naranja natural y otros en formato bote, varios tipos de bollería, varios tipos de panes para tostar, fruta cortada como melón y piña, etc. De noche, la habitación no está bien insonorizada, se oye a un bebé jugando y de madrugada llorando.

Stayed on a recent business trip at the start of March, a wonderful hotel in a great location. Attentive staff very willing to help with your every need make you feel welcome at all times. Avoid the rooms at reception level mine was terribly noisy although very nice other than that.

Since 2013 I have been staying at this hotel during four weeks (second week of May - first week of June) a year. Since my first time here, I have felt like being at home. All personnel are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay. Their offer full breakfast with great hot and cold options; and you can enjoy it while contemplating one of the most beautiful views over Plaza Mayor (main square). Furthermore, location is unbeatable. Overall, I love staying here year after year; I already consider them part of my extended family!

We were reaching Salamanca at 10.30pm and emailed the hotel to let them know and they replied reassuring me that there is a 24 hour reception which was very nice of them. Location was great as we wanted to walk around the old town, only the Roman bridge to cross. The price (room only) wad very good for the 4 star hotel it is. We paid 10 euro each for a buffet breakfast, where there was quite a lot of choice - I loved the pan con tomate (bread with olive oil and tomato which is a typical spanish thing!). The room as super clean and big, bathroom well equiped. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We will not hesitate to come back on our next visit!
