First of all, trying to find the room was difficult. It was not easily accessible with inadequate luggage trolley. Not "senior" friendly at all. Once I entered the room, there was a used paint brush in the room; someone had been on the bed and had used the bathroom. I was offered another room (suite) which was not much better. The room phone was not working (no dial tone) and there was no internet (wi-fi) service available. However, I must say that the front desk employees were friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here and we’ll definitely come back. The staff was friendly and the room was clean very comfortable bed.

The room had a terrible smell, excessive stains all over the carpet, hair in the drain, mold and water stains on the ceiling. We will not stay here again

Hotel allowed an extremely noisy party to go on through the night. When we contacted front desk about the hotel's policy about "quiet hours", person on duty had never heard the term and said there was nothing they could do about it. We chose this hotel thinking that being it was on the island it would have been quieter than staying on the interstate. Next time will stay on the interstate at half the cost.

The heat stopped working in the room we were originally given. We called and they gave us another room. Only downside was people running the hallway.

In the past the stays were fine and I'm not a complainer, but this trip the room was horrible. There were stains all over the floor which looked like vomit or spilled food. I was afraid to walk on the floor without shoes one. The room was so humid that our bedding was damp. The shower had no water pressure. I had more water pressure from a kitchen sink. Thebwater wpuld trickle out. The hot water would come on and then go to cold, then changed it's mind and be hot again. The woman employee at breakfast that help get food together was so nice. She was the only good thing about the stay.

Our room had several big stains on the carpet. The drywall ceiling appeared to have had a leak and its "bubble" needed repair. Poor room lighting. The hotel was noisy with many college kids. My partner said it well: " Welcome back to the 1980s". Breakfast area had been updated, food ok. Could be lovely, if rooms were much better.

Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast and coffee area were great. Property was older but outside of property were clean.
Our room was not clean. Surfaces were dirty, desk chair was really stained, black gunk in the tub, dirty floors.
