"5 stars posted, 3 deserved. Non-existent double glazing, the first two nights without sleeping. We were exhausted and needed to rest. So after the 1st night we anticipated by asking them to accept an early departure free of charge if the second night was like the 1st. This was the case, the marching band until midnight. We wanted to shorten 3 nights, the answer was no. I asked for someone from management to come and see the sound of the brass band under the windows at 11:30 p.m. but obviously no one came. Don't look for the manager, he is non-existent, yet he passed by us. With 10 rooms in all in the hotel I think he knew who we were. You know Mr. Manager, if you had deigned to meet dissatisfied customers things would have been said and not written here. This is a miscalculation on your part. When I explained my noise problem to the receptionist, his response was astonishing: "yes, but Madam, you are booking a hotel in the city center! you had to find out first! “It is well known, in the center of NY or Paris, customers who book in hotels do not sleep!!!! I'm dumb !!!! They are downtown! Ridiculous breakfast (see photo), non-existent sense of service. The only ones who deserve kudos are the ladies who take care of the rooms as well as the young man in the outside bar in the morning (who worked at Costes). The Director would have a lot to learn from this gentleman in terms of dress, customer orientation and professionalism. Don't expect 5 stars, it's not."

"Several stays in this hotel but this one is complicated and surely the last one... the hotel's air conditioning makes a lot of noise but not much cold, set to 18 to have 26 in the room. Complaint forwarded to reception for a technician to come but no response... I don't even know if anyone came!! in fact it is the same age as the building, 35 years old and in serious need of renewal Reserved a covered parking lot but no badge available for access parking great pierre et vacances!! Overcrowded swimming pool no deckchairs available even the paid ones at 20 euros per day... Breakfast 16€ good lots of choice The competition offers services at better quality price, do not hesitate to consult elsewhere before booking with a big money machine that is pierre et vacances... We are from Pigeons before being vacationers!!!!"

"Hotel is situated in a perfect position right on the seafront and with easy access to the town. Private parking is limited, costing 15€ per day, but we were lucky to have a parking space right in front of the hotel for our complete stay. Rooms are clean and tidy with all facilities that we required, the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel for our future visits."

"Um fim-de-semana improvisado em amor. Ficámos no apartamento "Le Nid Douillet". Chegada tardia, mas o pessoal tinha antecipado e me ligaram para me informar do procedimento. Quarto à altura das fotos propostas no site. Com uma cama perfeita, uma linda chuveiro em italiano e todo o conforto (pintura, sapatos, café, produtos de higiene ... nada é esquecido). Não nos atrevemos a usar o jacuzzi porque já era tarde na noite. Mas, esta manhã, quando tínhamos de libertar a sala às 11h, informámos a responsável que nos permitiu uma partida tardia às 12h30 para aproveitar. O pequeno-almoço é variado e de qualidade, há para todos os gotos e a vista sobre o críquete de Anthor é linda. Então, nós aproveitamos a piscina que é perfeita. Então sim, a via ferroviária passa acima, mas as quartos são muito bem insonorizadas, então o nosso sono não foi perturbado. E quando estávamos na piscina a passagem dos comboios dura 5sec e eles permanecem raros. Verdadeiramente, uma estadia idílica. Vamos voltar antes do fim do verão. Obrigado por tudo. :)"

Village Pierre & Vacances Cap Esterel

"We had mice in our apartment at Cap Estérel – both in the kitchen and the closet. There was mouse droppings on the kitchen table, and we don’t know if we ended up eating contaminated food. We complained multiple times over several days, but were not taken seriously. Unfortunately the mice started to have activities in our room while we were on the room and sleeping. Only after several calls, around 1:00 AM, they agreed to give us an another apartment. But no one came and helped with the mice. They asked us to look at it our self. We were traveling with three children, who were scared, and we had to throw all our food away. We lost one whole day of vacation, and all of groceries. We got compensation of 15% which even did not cover our loss of food that we had to throw out. When we asked for more, they said that our first apartment was left unsatisfied -we left the room at middle of the night with 3 small children, and NO help what so ever from staff, and we forgot to take the sheets and towels in the bag. Really disappointed that they use this as excuse. After many years as loyal guests, we are deeply disappointed, this ruined a large part of our holiday."
