Worst customer service on both ends, from Trip.com to the hotel supervisor. If you want real reviews, hit the Google ones. Cleanliness and security take a back seat while the staff gives you nothing but snark, smarm, and attitude. Won't book with either again.

The bed made me itch the 4 hrs I stayed there. I also found what looked liked bed bug remains on all 4 upper sides of the bathroom ceiling. I informed the hotel mamnament at 5:30 am just as I was getting out of there as fast as I could.

If there’s something I really dislike it’s being misled or lied to. Quality suites at Tropicana Field? It’s a 15 minute drive to the Tropicana field area from here and the explanation was that they were the only hotel when Tropicana first opened. That was in the late 90s. It’s time you revised that description and quit misleading people. For the price I paid it was definitely not worth doing. If it wasn’t such a tight month for me, I would’ve walked off and left no matter what. The staff were rude. The hotel is filthy, there was somebody’s mouthguard, sitting outside our door when we checked in and the smell inside the room was masked urine. A hot bath after a long day would have been nice, but no stopper for the tub. Yanked clean out. Never again I will book through someone else next time.

room smelled a little musty. wasn’t so clean. had 1 roll of toilet paper for all 5 days. when our toilet was clogged we were handed a plunger to do it ourselves.

From the first day I checked in, I let them know that the bathtub drain was clogged. They said I would have to wait for maintenance to come and look at it the next morning.
I checked in Friday night, I was away until 8pm Saturday. Got back to the room, check with the guy at reception, he said it didn't look like anything was done and there was no other room available. I had to deal with that messy situation my whole stay.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

No trash cans, no ice buckets, domestic violence in the room above me at the time the front office wasn't available, and the phone in our room didn't work. After being told we don't have ice buckets I just assumed their was no chance on our phone being replaced.

For the price last minute I found it to be clean, safe and well remodeled. New tub and shower was a nice touch

Found several bugs in the bed. When reporting the situation the staff frantically offered a refund, almost as if to coverup the situation. Then when trying to finalize said refund the staff tried blaming the situation on me and refused to refund or offer any accomodations. Drive down the block to Holiday Inn!
