酒店位於市中心，臨近聖以撒大教堂，位置非常好，離冬宮也很近，交通方便。住宿條件也很好，房間很乾凈也算寬敞。前台小姐姐熱情英語也很好，提醒：離店時，需要付款每人350盧布的移民局註冊費，需要現金。

We stayed one night in St. Petersburg on our way back from Murmansk and I chose the Renaissance because I wanted to use points for what would be an abbreviated stay. I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was fine and we were upgraded to a really nice suite. The hotel is quiet and seems to be recently renovated. The fitness center was pretty good, but not all of the equipment worked. With that said, there are a lot of weights - my son was impressed. The staff was friendly, although a bit overworked/understaffed. The location was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding. Fresh omelettes, fish, great baked goods, drinks, etc. I am not much of a breakfast person, but that day I was.

The location is hard to beat - it’s right around the corner from St. Isaac’s cathedral and minutes away from all the main attractions. The room was nice and spacious, great buffet breakfast too. The only thing I did not fully appreciate was the not-so-friendly front desk staff. Nordic freeze or something?

Very unpleasant staff (not warm welcome) at breakfast. All the food doesn’t seem fresh. The fruits are shabbily cut. Lot of canned food We are vegetarian- so even more difficult to find anything good to start yr day. Even juices they don’t have fresh.I am here for 5days and worried what we will eat everyday !!!

Very friendly staff in this great value for money hotel in a central location in St Petersburg. Recommend it if you are visiting. Staff went the extra mile to add the personal touch after they found out I am a Titanium Elite member. Give it a try emergency you are visiting the beautiful city of St Petersburg.

Приятно встретили на стойке, пока заселяли предложили выпить шампанское 🥂 Рассказали об отеле и ресторане. У нас был самый обычный номер Делюкс стандарт, были приятно удивлены дизайном номера , было приятно находиться в нем. Вечером сходили на тематический ужин с живой музыкой (саксофон) С утра позавтракали, приятная обстановка. Советую

Отдыхали с семьей в августе, заселились на на 5ночей, брали семейный номер, все было отлично, начиная от расположения и заканчивая персоналом.Единственный минус это матрасы уже продавленные и звукоизоляция не очень. Завтраки отличные, персонал отзывчивый.
