部屋は清潔だった。
Wi-Fiも基本繋がった。
シャンプーやコンディショナーはなかった。
街の中心やバス停からは7,8分歩く。
スタッフは親切。

This is a great hotel, I stayed on a work trip and went through the whole menu more or less. Each dish was great and the staff are really friendly, especially Radj who was really helpfull Had laundry back in about 5 hours which was really good as my trip was extended. Decent pool area and saunas etc. Room spotless every day, tea coffee and a few items to eat replaced every day Top notch for the money Will be staying at this place every time from now on

We enjoyed a very relaxing four days here. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed using the spa facilities and relaxing in the gardens. Breakfast was great, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank-you to Mr Gennaro and his staff for a very pleasent stay

We had a great stay at the Best Western De Havelet. Our room was spacious with a large bed which was comfortable. Very quiet overnight. Lovely pool and leisure facilities. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast

Excellent. Room, food, service all perfect and found the complimentary shuttle bus to Town so useful. Swimming pool was spotless and so relaxing after a day sight seeing. All the staff so friendly and any need we had was dealt with immediately. Can't fault anything and can't wait to go again

I stayed for two nights while visiting my elderly aunt in St Peter Port. I chose this hotel because it was within easy walking distance from her home and I could spend time with her without her having to provide for me. The room was on the ground floor looking onto the courtyard opposite the pool and although very quiet, it was also very hot. There was a fan in the room, which I used and which helped. The second night I managed to open the window and I slept better. As a woman on my own in a ground floor room I would not normally be happy opening a window but I have to say I felt fairly, safe. An air conditioning unit in this room would make a tremendous difference - the outside temperature was only about 15 degrees so not particularly warm weather.

The Copenhagen restaurant is too small to accommodate hotel guests and large local parties. Hotel Guests had to move to the bar area to finish their meal in peace. The better restaurant, the Wellington Boot is only used for breakfast why? It’s got a wonderful ambience and stunning views why not promote this? The Copenhagen bar only has views of the kitchen staff preparing and cooking food no comparison in my opinion. The whole business model around preparing and serving food needs an urgent review

Very comfy bed and pillows, the room was nice a spacious and the bathroom was nice. We loved the swimming pool and sauna, staff very nice would stay again. We had dinner at the Copenhagen restaurant and the food was nice. Easy walking distance to St Peter Port. Nice quiet area also

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms are comfortable with big bathroom and fab shower. It’s great to have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room also with an outdoor garden area with loungers. A really relaxing treat after a long day out on Sark! The restaurant had great staff and delicious food with a lovely terrace overlooking the harbour. It’s close to town so you can walk, although it is a hill back up or get a taxi. Really loved our stay here. Recommend JB Parkers restaurant at Moore’s Hotel as well.
