Começou que não tinha ninguém para pegar as malas , depois o quarto as janelas não vedavam a luz então as 7 da manhã já tínhamos que acordar e por ultimo saímos na hora do almoço e após voltamos umas 6 horas da tarde tinha um cheiro de esgoto retornando do ralo do chuveiro , hotel velho cheira um pouco a mofo

We always stay at this hotel, service is great everybody’s always very helpful. The balconies look out at the water, no matter which side you’re on and the beach is beautiful

The location is absolutely perfect! Great dining on site and close to everything St Pete has to offer. The resort is beautifully decorated,
And nothing beats watching the sunset from the private beach. All of the staff were very friendly and our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Nice hotel, views of the ocean were stunning. Rooms are decent looks like they updated a few things to make it look modern.

Incredibly overpriced for what it was. Hotel and room look and felt like its been 20 years since it has had an upgrade.
Room was not clean and maid service only every other day.
Hotel is an old Holiday Inn, should be priced accordingly not a Westin.
on the plus the staff were friendly.

Not enough information from the front desk. No advice about the $50.00 hold for incentives. Requested a high floor and got a 2nd surrounded by concrete wall as a view.
The new year party on 11 floor no tables available. I was told first come first serve for the table. Not true the tables were reserved.

The stay was nice. What was nice was a cabana and 2 lounge chairs came with the stay.
What I was not impressed with was the door didn’t latch properly you really had to pull or push real hard to get it to shut.
I also understand not changing out towels etc daily but I would suggest at least come and empty trash cans.
Also they might want to invest in new sheets As the fitted sheet on bed would come off every night.
Other than those few things overall everyone friendly and kind. And it was clean but a few things could have been updatef

1. Checked in early morning, spent $48 on breakfast at the social-Burger King would have been better.
2. Floor of room was filthy. Feet black/dirty from walking around room.
3. Side chair in room with mold/mildew spots.
Definitely no chic with this shabby.
