Amazing stay staff couldn’t do enough to help us, the hotel was spotlessly clean the rooms were spacious and the beds were amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel although a bit dated the staff make the difference always with a smile

2nd time staying at this hotel and wasn’t disappointed. Staff are unbelievable friendly and helpful, literally can not do enough for you! Picked this over other hotels we have stayed at in Dover previously as it is fantastic. Restaurant staff are always attentive and efficient and food was quality and very good value for money. Rooms spotless, Steve & Tia on reception are just wonderful!! Felt very welcome! Would definately stay again!

Stayed here before and we think this hotel ticks all the boxes. Hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. Upon arrival staff are friendly and helpful. Car park is free. Restaurant/pub is a 2 minute walk and again the staff were helpful and friendly. . Special mention to the reception staff who got us extra biscuits and a toothbrush we’d forgotten, especially Tia.

The outside of the hotel is a bit of a mess but don’t let that put you off. It’s just as we expect from a Premier Inn inside and the customer service from Theresa on the front desk was particularly good. Breakfast and dinner is just a short walk next door to a Brewer’s Fayre.

Room are clean and fresh. No phones, pens or writing pads though. Preferred rolls of toilets tissue over sheet dispensers which was on our room. Exit door on the outdoor corridor kept slamming throughout the night which could have done with a slow close mechanism. This location was in the middle of no where so you only have a brewersfayre next or a long cab ride into town. Sleep well though, staff are friendly. Theresa particularly.

Not been here since before covid but the place is certainly more welcoming than i can remember. Loved the friendly receptionist when we arrived at 10pm which is a real bonus for Premier Inn. As for the room, I had an excellent sleep despite an early ferry. Was told there were new beds so I can definitely say these are worth it.

Usual basic room, new mattress delivered while we were staying there. Nowhere to put cases except on the floor so we had to keep kneeling on the floor to get things out. No charging points for phones and tablets. Rooms could do with updating.

Amazing staff friendly and helpful. Emma at reception couldn't do enough to make sure my stay was comfortable. Made sure had everything needed dealt with anything requested. Overall would definitely book again Emma did an amazing job of making me welcomed

I m very happy about this hotel , Tia was very helpfully ad welcoming , room is fantastic, mattress is good , room is very clean and tidy and met my standards . Great parking availability close to the hotel and managed to park outside my room . Only thing is restaurant is a longish walk and not next door to the hotel .
