This hotel is very nicely situated. Very close to shopping and the train station but tucked away enough to be away from heavy traffic. The room is comfortable and spacious. Hotel breakfast is very good as well, and has a homey feel as well. They make your coffee go order as well as offer eggs and meats to order for breakfast. This hotel has a nice elevator but know that when entering you will have to carry your luggage up a short flight of stairs to get to reception. The front desk closes up at 10 pm and the outside doors lock at that time as well. You can however open the door with your key card. Just remember to have the card on you! Overall very nice hotel and very good service! Highly recommend.

Oh, what a great hotel! Very conveniently located (near the train station). The staff is superbe nice and sympathic. The rooms are newly renovated and very stylish and clean. The breakfast is very varied and tasty. Our stay was great from A-Z. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

A boutique hotel. Small but clean. Front desk was helpful. Good dining options available in the area. Wanted to give 4 star but changed mind after taking shower. Drains in the shower room didn’t work. Area outside of the shower room was quickly flooded after taking shower for 10 mins.

We stayed here as a family of three. Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful with a separate bed and massive play corner for our child. Staff were super friendly. Super good breakfast too. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice hotel close to the city center. Clean and warm. Even though it has parking space I didn’t know that is chargeable. I fount it out in the check out. Fresh products in the breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall a very good experience.

Very convenient localization above 300 m from the train station, not faraway from the old town and Olma (20 minutes walking). Free public transport ticket was provided on arriving. Rooms are modern; 306 even big but extremely noisy because the construction in the nearby building. According my previous experience I won’t call it boutique hotel - it is no charming, romantic, etc - too modern, without any local accent. Breakfast is good but very limited, including variety, number exposed ingredients (only few sliced of ham, 2-3 yogurts, dry eggs or lack of any even) - typical Swiss; unfortunately the same I saw in other hotels in St Gallen like Einstein, Oberwaid or my favorite Radisson. No sauna, no gym, no pool. Extremely friendly, professional young team - thanks for your hospitality.

Location: Safe neighborhood and in walking distance from St. Gallen Main station. There are also bus stops just about 4 min away in case the 7 min walk to the station is too far. Rooms: Very spacious rooms, clean, new and with all amenities that you could wish for (fridge, safe, iron board, umbrella for rainy days, yoga mat, a backpack, coffee machine, etc. The family room also comes with a mini kitchenette. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The hotel is not on a main road and also away from the busy city center, so the noise level is very low. Staff: Extremely friendly in all the interactions we had and they fulfil your wishes before you even asked for them. Always a smile on their face, they are making you feel truly welcome. Breakfast: Amazing variety of warm dishes (eggs, bacon, etc.), cold cut meat, cheese, bread, yoghurt, pastries, juices. All what you would expect from a decent buffet but with just another level of quality. Every single person in our group of six was amazed. In a nutshell: In over 30 years of travel experience, this hotel comes very very high in my ranking.

The hotel is within walking distance from the train station and the old town centre. Rooms are well designed with some quirky details, good-quality coffee-making facilities and bathroom products. Breakfast is great, excellent selection of continental and cooked breakfast…eggy bread was very much appreciated! The breakfast room is cheerful and pleasant. A nice detail: by the entrance you have flavoured water and snacks for free throughout the day.

Very comfortable hotel within walking distance from the train station and the old town centre. The room was really stylish and with lots of quirky details, good quality coffee-making facilities and bathroom products. We stayed in a room overlooking a courtyard, so we had an extremely quiet night sleep. Breakfast is great, good selection of hot dishes including eggy bread! Breakfast room cheerful and welcoming. A nice touch, at the entrance there is flavoured water and snacks for free!
