The entire apartment, located on the second floor, has been equipped with new furniture and leaves nothing to be desired. The shutters can be operated electronically and transform this bright, light-flooded apartment into a cozy oasis of relaxation.
In the kitchen you will find various oils and spices, which guarantee you a successful cooking evening. A dishwasher is also available. If you are a tea or coffee lover, we have also provided a kettle including various types of tea and the coffee is also available. Of course, the toaster should not be missing for a successful breakfast. The kitchen is very open and connected directly to the living room and the balcony.
The balcony is large and covered. Due to its location and design, it is not exposed to the wind and you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. So that nothing stands in the way, a small table with two chairs is available for use.
In summer there is access to the roof of the house on the same floor, to a large outdoor area, which is equipped with a lounge, barbecue and other facilities. That means relaxation at the highest level.
The living room impresses with its spaciousness and attention to detail. The large mirror on the wall makes the living room look even larger and more inviting. The 55" TV has Smarttv, with which you can watch your favorite series on Netflix and co. and enjoy the evenings to the full. The bedroom has a comfortable 1.60m box spring bed and a large and spacious wardrobe. There are two bedside tables with a small reading lamp next to the bed. Of course, a full-length mirror should not be missing either.
