Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was kind and attentive, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Took a while to get someone to the front desk for check in. Also took a while to get a room. For an overnight stay it was ok.

When checking in, three staff were having a hard time making it happen. There were kids running up and down the hallways, screaming and yelling. And the breakfast was a total farce. Two times out of coffee', juice and waffle mix. Did not get to eat either morning. With the price of the room, which was reasonble but having to go out for both breakfast, it was very disappointing. Will not return.

This motel had a rating of 8+. I disagree. My husband had to hit the desk bell very hard when trying to check in, but there was a group of 3 men that were so busy joking around that they were too busy to watch the front counter! We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room, but the shower room smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke. I had to leave the vent fan on all night to get rid of the smell. The bath mat was quite wet when I picked it up to use it. The bed and the shower were the only thing I could compliment on. All in all I feel it did not meet the Wyndham standard of service. The signage for the motel was very poor. They were evidently just changed from a Fairfield to AmericInn and new signage hadn’t been updated.

Did not clean the room everyday did not refill the coffee packets in the toom. There was a takeout butter container laying on the floor by the bed, so obviously not vacuumed from last person that rented. Said breakfast each morning no eggs was sausages and tator tots

After 3 different key exchanges that didn’t work, we were moved to a different room with a sticky bathroom floor and a non functioning TV. The continental breakfast had no scrambled eggs both mornings. For the 2nd night, we were moved to a room with a working TV but with a tub that did t drain well.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IT. STAFF WERE PATIENT, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, BREAKFAST . CLEAN POOL, NICE BATHROOMS.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel a bit run down looking but if you are not expecting a 5 star atmosphere, and just need a comfortable clean place to stay, and dont expect much, it is a nice hotel. Toilet had issues but was able to work around it. Hot tub jets not very strong. Pool was great for the kids but hard to get in and out for older adults with just ladders.

Staff could be friendlier and accommodating. Maybe it is the language barrier of the staff?
