Small disappointment that the beach was closed but we realize this is a county issue, not the fault of the property. We would happily return when the beach is opened again.

We always love staying here the service is amazing and the staff super friendly only thing i will say with breakfast I encountered some food items to be a bit cold we came close to 7:30am just after breakfast started besides that everything was perfect we loved the heated pool too

Want a refund. Booked a beach property, and after checking in realized due to construction that beach was unavailable. This is unacceptable.

We have stayed at this hotel once before and loved it. However, this time was different. The floor was so dirty that our feet were literally black from walking around the room. My two year old son found a pill and almost ate it. Lord knows what would have happened if I didn’t catch him with it. We didn’t want to touch it so called down to the front desk and they determined that it was “just and allegera” Parents, beware of this place and always double check the floors when you stay someplace.

Excellent amenities! Right on the wster. Breakfast was amazing, made to order omelets, full hot breakfast. Social jour was great slso. Complimentary dtinjs and light apps.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay again

We picked this hotel because we were visiting St. Augustine but wanted to be away from all of the traffic and business. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach. They offer happy hour and a free breakfast every morning which we were impressed by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only disappointment we experienced was the beds and pillows. We were hoping for more of a plus mattress and softer pillows.

There was MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION around the pool and beach area which made it impossible to relax and enjoy our stay. ******* did not note this on their website during booking, but apparently the hotel did on their website. I did read the ******* reviews before booking, and nothing mentioned the construction which has been going on since 2022. This makes me question the validity of ******* reviews. Very disappointed.
