service was neutral but the room was not in a good condition, mosquitoes in room, travelling with family. bedding was not cleaned , house keeping was supportive. limited night menu.. only dal rice is available.. also mosquito machine was not working

The service is very prompt, excellent. The staff is very courteous and polite specially kusham and sharvan. We came late night 11 o clock and you all guys are waiting for us to serve well... Loved it....i would highly recommend to visit this hotel.... Thanks for such a great hospitality...

Travelled in Chandigarh for business, hotel is just at right location. Food is good. Room experience is good. Not had chance for dinner, but breakfast fast is really good and healthy. Special thanks to Ms kusham . ........ Thanks velvet clarks exotica

Excellent food at their all day dining restaurant. The food and service was excellent... The staff was lovable. And our server Mr . saravan and Ms. Sanjana service and hospitality was phenomenal. The food was very good . overall a good experience.
