Hey everyone, I wanted to share how great my experience was at this hotel. The ambience is fantastic, and the staff, from ground level to the top, knows exactly how to handle guests. They welcome you warmly, no matter who you are. I particularly appreciated their service. I shared my previous awful experience at Golden Plaza just the day before, where they messed up my fiancée's birthday. In response, this hotel upgraded my room for free and gave me one with a front view. One small detail that made a big difference for me was their attention to personal care. In many hotels, even those of a 3-star caliber, you usually get the basics like shampoo, soap, and lotion. However, here, they went the extra mile by providing packed toothbrushes and toothpaste, which left a positive impression. They also have ample parking space. A friend of mine had to wait in the lobby because his bus was scheduled for 3 AM. The staff not only allowed him to wait in the waiting area but also provided him with a blanket and pillow. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. It's rare to find a team that treats guests so well, both as professionals and as fellow human beings. Thanks a bunch for the exceptional service!

We stayed at this property on way to Manali as well as while returning from Manali. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The buffet breakfast is well spread. The food quality is good. The property is conveniently located near highway. Overall a recommended hotel while staying in Zirakpur.
