"Fiz a reserva quando apanhámos a estrada à tarde para a mesma noite. Quando chegámos depois do jantar em Dannok, a recepção informou-nos que a sala de casal está totalmente reservada pelo autocarro de viagem e tenho que cancelar a reserva devido ao sistema de sobrevenda), felizmente ainda têm a cama dupla disponível, já era às 9h. Imediatamente, depois de cancelar, vou reservar outra sala, de acordo com o hotel.A recepção me atualiza para a suite sem custos + pequeno-almoço para todas as três quartos (que inicialmente não estava incluído na reserva) É um hotel velho, MAS a sala estava limpa e o serviço estava bom."

"We had a very terrible and disappointing stay experience yesterday. As we checked in quite late at night, we had specially requested: Not to have the last room at the end of the corridor A room closer to the lift Since it was our honeymoon after marriage, we also hoped the hotel could do a simple bed decoration for us However, none of these arrangements were prepared. What made it worse was that once we entered the room, we immediately found several cockroaches and insects crawling on the floor. There were also spider webs above the bed area and inside the bathroom. On top of that, no hair dryer was provided in the room. We immediately reported the hygiene issue to the reception, including the cockroaches and insects in the room. The only response we received was that they would ask housekeeping to clean the room again. Later, after we went out for supper and returned to the hotel, the situation became even worse. There were even more cockroaches and insects crawling on the floor, and shockingly, a cockroach was crawling on the bed itself. How are guests supposed to sleep in such a condition? What disappointed us the most was that the hotel did not provide any proper solution or even offer us a room change. The way this issue was handled made us feel extremely dissatisfied and helpless. In the end, we could not continue staying there and decided to check out immediately and look for another hotel to stay in. This was supposed to be our honeymoon trip after our wedding, but this stay experience turned it into a very upsetting memory. We hope hollywoodhotel Dannok can give us a proper response and resolve this issue, as we genuinely paid for a comfortable stay, but it ended up becoming a very unpleasant and disappointing experience for us."

"Simply the best. Wonderful hosts Adriano and Uma made this a most memorable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. The cottage is outstanding and situated in beautifully planted orchard grounds. The ponds and waterfalls and adjacent stream complete this stunning property. Friendly and competent staff, a delicious breakfast and warm hospitality make this the best accommodation we have stayed in Thailand. As the icing on the cake our two pet Labradors were welcomed to the fully fenced property and made to feel part of the family. Absolutely exceptional! We can't wait to go back!"
