房間很好，小鎮風景特別漂亮，距離湖邊很近，前台是自助辦理入住的，很方便，第二天早餐也很豐盛，下次還會繼續預訂。

Очень рекомендую останавливаться здесь! Во-первых, он находится в милейшей деревушке у озера, и вид из окон отеля невероятно атмосферный. Во-вторых, self check-in и check-out - это очень удобно. Но в случае если нужна помощь, на помощь придут очень отзывчивый сотрудники. Ну и наконец, номера в отеле прекрасно оснашены всем необходимым, чистые и очень приятные! 5 из 5!

差評：1.給客人訂房，客人走了以後，悄悄在擔保信用卡扣款200瑞郎，説抽煙了。不當時告訴客户，也不次日告訴客户，沒提供證據。 2.自助入住很差勁，客户等待很久才能折騰出來。 3.沒空調，客户抱怨達不到4星。房間悶。 4.房間分佈散，3個房間分佈在不同位置。 5.Wi-Fi信號差，入住刷卡聯網等半天沒信號。

Cozy stay close to railway station of this small town which connects to Lucern every 30 / 40mmin. Its a small little town and peaceful - not many restaurants but sufficient enough for 4 days when you have only 1 meal in the town. Facilities were very good, clean, easy access to train station, friendly staff always smiling and willing to help. When I travel back to Luzern, this place would be the preferred location to stay again. It's a small,.peaceful village...

We found this to be a nice hotel and good value for the time of year. The hotel itself is very historical, and served as a hotel for hundreds of years, establishing as a place for religious pilgrims to go. The patron saint of Switzerland is buried at the church next-door. The hotel isn't fancy, and you do self-check in. It worked pretty well, and folks at the bar/restaurant will help if you are stuck - people working at the hotel are friendly and helpful. There is a decent elevator (which is not a given in Europe) and the included breakfast is reasonable. We had a junior suite for our party of 3, and it was basic but nicely appointed. Only problem is that the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, so my daughter just slept on it as a couch. There is no air conditioning, which isn't a problem most of the time, I'm sure. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs one night and it was fantastic! Both food and service were outstanding, and a great find in a small town like Sachseln. We liked basing in Sachseln - all of the charm of Lucerne without the crowds and high prices, and close to places like Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindlewald. One more warning: the church next door has bells ringing a lot. Our junior suite didn't have a lake view and I am glad because lake view would have been directly by the church so the bells would have been louder!
