This was our second trip to this hotel. It was like coming home! As always Ester and Fabian were the most amazing hosts and very helpful. These are difficult times but the hotel was well set up to cope with the threat of the virus. At all times we felt safe [as is possible]. Masks were worn by all and there is a temperature checker in the restaurant. Fabian and Ester have a most helpful and caring staff. Our room was kept beautifully clean at all times. We had the lovely George waiting on us in the restaurant. George has excellent English [as do most staff members] as well as a fantastic sense of humour. The food, as previously, was delicious . We stayed in a front balcony room with a great view and the sun all day until it dips below the rocks. Little touches are very much appreciated for example, the loan of walking sticks and a kettle in the room. Yes really.. you don't see this often in Switzerland. Very much appreciated! We were very lucky with the weather as we tend to be in the Saas valley. Sixteen sunny days! After the summer in England we really enjoyed that. We didn't use it but a great feature is the wellness garden. It looks very comfortable ...but I love my balcony. We were sad to leave but hopeful that God and Boris willing we will be back again next year. Thank you Ester and Fabian

Tolle Familie, toller Service, schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein warmer Empfang, unkomplizierter und hilfsbereiter Service, schöne und komfortable Zimmer, gute Küche und eine herzliche Familie als Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Trotz eines etwas holprigen Urlaubsstart, waren es am Schluss tolle Ferien. Ein Hotel wie es sie nicht mehr viel gibt, sei es in der Schweiz oder im Ausland. Familiär geführt mit Mitarbeitern die wissen was Sie tun. Einer Küche auf sehr hohem Level, frisch, raffiniert und einfach lecker! Auch als Vegetarier wird man mit fantastischem Essen verwöhnt. Die Kinder sind immer willkomen und dürfen sich austoben, fast wie zu Hause. Schöne Rãume und Zimmer in denen man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Wellness Anlage lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein und ist in einem absoluten High Standart. Ski Fahren..einfach aus dem Hotel 10Meter über die Strasse auf den Sessellift! Herz was willst du mehr

Cet hôtel est en endroit magnifique où l’on est hors temps. Tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente bien, depuis le spa aux espaces comme la salle à manger, la partie lounge, les salles de jeux et bien sûr le fumoir. Le personnel, majoritairement multilingue, est au petit soin. Et les patrons, Esther et Fabian, toujours présents avec un mot pour chacun de leurs hôtes. C’est la 5eme fois que nous venons, et pas la dernière.

Das Traum Familienhotel Wir waren mit zwei Familien und 5 Kindern im Hotel. Wir hatten zwei Wohnungen welche für Familien geeignet sind. (Sogar kleine Küche war drin) Kinderprogramm von Anna top. Essen sensationell. Personal vor allem die Kellner Marc und Matte sehr zuvorkommend. Danke für die schönen Tage in Saas-Almagell. Preis-leistung findet man selten in der Schweiz so ein super Hotel.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort, hatten eine Suite gebucht, wir mussten in der Lobby neben der Raucherlounge essen. Kinder und Hunde sind im Wintergarten nicht erwünscht. Personal ist sehr schlecht ausgebildet, mal waren keine Messer auf unserem Tisch, mal hat der Kellner unser Wasser ausgeschüttet und ohne Reklamation hätte er auch kein neues gebracht. Falsche Suppe, falsches Eis, beim Candle-Light Dinner wurde uns der Zwischengang als Dessert serviert. Gemüse für die Kinder gab es nur auf Bestellung und meistens wurde es beim servieren wieder vergessen. Die 2. Familie hatte ein Apartment - an 2 Fenstern war Schimmel. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Chef der sich uns gegenüber sehr aggressiv verhielt, versprach der uns eine Flasche Champagner, leider kam nur eine Flasche einfacher Prosecco. Im Wellness hatten wir am Anfang noch die Tücher von unseren Vorgängern. Der Eingang des Hotels wurde immer von rauchenden Angestellten umlagert, kaum durchzukommen. Die Kinderbetreuung war gut aber mehr als 2-3 Kinder haben wir nicht gesehen. Für Erwachsene sicher ein OK-Hotel, jedoch mit Kindern echt ein no-go.

Super hôtel. On y mange très bien. Le personnel est vraiment top. Le spa est très chouette aussi. La chambre est très fonctionnelle et les pistes de ski à 2 pas. Il y a la navette gratuite qui nous amène à Saas-Fee. Le village est quelconque. Attention, les saunas et hammam, il faut y aller sans maillot de bain. L’espace détente est très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon Noël

Mon séjour à l'Hôtel Pirmin Zurbriggen a été une expérience extraordinaire, principalement grâce à l'accueil exceptionnel et à l'écoute attentionnée du personnel. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pris en compte, avec de petites attentions qui ont é***é notre journée. Cependant, le moment le plus mémorable a été pendant le dîner, où le pianiste a créé une atmosphère spéciale et unique. Sa performance a ajouté une dimension magique à notre soirée, transformant un simple repas en une expérience inoubliable. Un grand merci au personnel et surtout au talentueux pianiste qui a rendu notre séjour si spécial!
