"Embora eu também possa ter tido alguma culpa por ficar lá em plena reforma, a recepção do hotel foi péssima, o quarto estava sujo, as instruções para o estacionamento eram confusas, enfim, foi uma estadia desastrosa. No check-in, fomos informados de que não poderíamos jantar no restaurante anexo, pois estaria ocupado por um grupo, e que o café da manhã deveria ser em horário cedo ou tardio. O único ponto positivo foi a simpatia da recepcionista no check-out."

"O Ambiente é confortável e as quartos são limpos.Há supermercados e restaurantes perto. No entanto, há algumas inconvenientes. - A sala está longe do restaurante onde o pequeno-almoço é servido. - Você precisa levar SUA bagagem para o quarto de segundo andar, porque não há elevador, o que é inconveniente se você tiver bagagem grande/ pesada. - Há UMA Luz de Luz acima Da cama, é bastante grande e não Pode ser movido. "It was a bit difficult to find at first because you had to check in at the supermarket, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The shared living room, shared bathroom, and toilet were also clean. When we stayed there, there were about 1 other person besides us (2 people), but we never ran into each other except when we left! The supermarket is close, and I heard that I could use the sled in front of the door, so I went on a sled. There are many buses and tour companies around Sariselka Holiday Club, so it's good to get the location benefits:) Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can also store your suitcase in the office next to the supermarket."

"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."
