"Many thanks to Annemarie and Rafi, we felt very welcome and comfortable again. Hospitality is truly a way of life here. The apartments are fantastic, modern and stylishly furnished – Alpine chic! We had a two-bedroom suite – thank you so much for that ;-) with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (Rituals products), a living and dining room, a large balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen (e.g., with Villeroy & Boch dishes and a Nespresso machine). There's also a lovely sauna area. Daily cleaning is no longer offered, which isn't a problem for a two- or three-day stay, but it's necessary for longer stays. Dishwashing supplies are also no longer provided as standard; this should be added back. Definitely book the breakfast buffet – it's delicious and extensive. In summer, the JokerCard, which includes things like mountain lifts, is included. We always feel very comfortable here and will be back!"

"We are currently staying, and having a lovely time at this wonderfully traditional hotel. The staff make this place feel like you are staying in family surroundings. Mrs Berger is wonderful to chat with and learning the history and traditions has been really insightful. Her little dog Lucky is a very cute little fella. We were met warmly by Mike and Laura who made sure we were well taken care off. They are very approachable and helpful. This theme runs throughout the staff team, all are thoughtful, friendly and hard working. We have the best singing , dancing waiter who lights up the dining room. The food has been excellent and we have been well catered for as vegetarians. There is something for all tastes. Location could not be better for the gondolas, bus stop and the centre of the village. The rooms are traditional in keeping with the hotel , clean and tasteful. The beds are super comfortable and hot water a plenty. We hope to return in the future and know we will enjoy the rest of our holiday."

"Nossa viagem de grupo para a pele foi um sucesso completo – Eu organizei a viagem para 44 pessoas, e gostámos todos os minutos. É particularmente importante salientar a pensão de reforma: os alimentos foram sempre frescos, variados e preparados com muito amor. Os quartos são funcionais, em parte já modernizados e, ao mesmo tempo, muito encantados. Está prevista a renovação adicional, o que certamente tornará a casa ainda mais atraente. A localização é um ponto de ganho absoluto: a entrada na área de esqui é ideal e torna a estadia particularmente confortável para os atletas de inverno. No entanto, o foco da nossa estadia foram os hospedeiros Paul e Ian. Com a sua excepcional gratidão, devoção e atenção, conseguiram entusiasmar-nos todos os dias. Nós não só nos sentimos bem-vindos, mas realmente apreciados. A confiança e o respeito que se lhes tem dado, tornaram a nossa estadia algo muito especial. Como organizador, gostaria de dizer que foi muito lamentável que, devido a recusas a curto prazo, não pudéssemos chegar com 50 pessoas, não sendo assim utilizada duas salas. Na próxima vez, vamos seguramente colocar a pensão inteira. Por isso, obrigado também aos hóspedes privados amigáveis e compreensivos este ano.
