"Perfect setting for extraordinary alpine views and walking trails. Easy transfer from Salzburg Airport. The restaurant staff and chef went out of their way to accommodate my wife’s food intolerances. All staff were always smiling and polite. A wonderful modern room with views of the meadows and mountains. Couldn’t ask for more! All areas of the hotel were kept immaculately clean and tidy. The all inclusive deal linked with the joker and bus pass made it a great deal. Thankyou for making our holiday so perfect."

"Excellent place to stay. We were on a mountain biking week and had a great week staying at this hotel. The room was large with plenty of storage, huge bed, big TV, large walk-in shower, and a decent size balcony area. They served a really good continental breakfast in the mornings - super tasty cereal and eggs! They also catered very well for bikes, with a secure lock up room, and a bike wash. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and as we had a late return flight it was great to be able to use their sauna area to shower and change later in the day (ie after checking out). The location is also great, just a 10 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. Negatives were really minor! I did find it odd there's no sink in the toilet room, so you have to go through to the separate shower room to wash your hands! And it was super hot while we were there. We weren't expecting A/C but a fan would have been nice to help shift the air a little. But overall this is a fantastic hotel and it will be top of the list if we return to Saalbach in future."

"We visited Berger's Sports Hotel in Saalbach in June 2026. The welcome from the staff was enthusiastic and friendly and they were always accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily and was very comfortable, with a balcony and view down the valley. The fridge was an unexpected bonus. The hotel is well positioned, being within a few minute's walk of two major cable car lifts and the regular bus service, all of which were free with the Joker Card and Guest Mobility Ticket, which were included in our stay. The area has fantastic walking and cycling opportunities, with plenty of options for young and old. Because we visited during a particularly hot spell, the lovely indoor swimming pool was a very welcome addition to the facilities."

"The room was supposed to be for four people, but it was quite small. We had booked half board, but the selection was difficult and the dishes weren't particularly tasty. After we contacted them about it, the second evening was much better. The food in the restaurant was good. However, the bar and the snack bar were unsatisfactory. The wellness area was fantastic!"

"We had a wonderful week at the Eva village. The location was perfect, the food was great and the staff were really exceptional. We have a 1 year old and they were brilliant with him. The hotel is fantastic for families, the room, the pool and the kids buffet for dinner.
