"Myself and my mum went for a spa followed by lunch. The spa was great and we were lucky it was quiet. Great facilities! Lunch was amazing! Great choice from a light bite to a larger meal. We had the open sandwich which was really good. Staff were attentive , good service and genuinely happy and smiley. Thanks We will be back soon!"

"Ficamos três dias, estavamos EM UMA sala Ao Longo do hotel, a sala TEM UMA cozinha e área de estar, um quarto e um banheiro muito espaçoso que não esperamos.A sala FOI limpa todos OS dias.O próprio hotel TEM um Lindo jardim solar. O pessoal é realmente amigável e confortável.A localização é boa no meio Da cidade, MAS UMA colina forte.A Praia é um passeio de 15 minutos, a estação de ônibus e trem é de 5 a 10 minutos. Há UMA par de portas para baixo, se necessário. Não há elevador no nosso edifício, não tenho certeza se há um no edifício principal.Se não fores esparcido, Pode ser um problema.Não tivemos nenhum problema. Compras, há alguns supermercados e boutiques que amo, um Peacocks e um Poundland, além de outras lojas de férias. É fácil chegar à volta, você TEM o comboio que Pode ir para o Lago, Sandown, Brading e Shanklin.A estação de ônibus onde você Pode encontrar ônibus que você Pode levar por toda a ilha Menos de Dez minutos a pé."

"We went here with friends who were visiting from the mainland. We live on the island and have been here several times before. The last 3 visits they have either not had a real ale delivery or had run out. The food was average , the service was less than average. Registering your car for parking is easy and no problem whatsoever so we are not disgruntled customers who have an issue with parking. This used to be a fantastic place to eat and I’ve left them some brilliant reviews in the past. Sadly we won’t be returning any time soon."

"The only saving grace are the reception staff and a couple if others. Generally the staff are surely and act like you are an inconvience. Example. Try asking for a pot of tea at breakfast. 6 morning in,4 mornings pointed to a hot water dispenser and a tea bag before grudgingly served a pot os tea. Sometimes with milk and tea cups sometimes not There is a menu but it’s well hidden. The buffet is just cheap food service products that look stale and uninviting. Really poor effort The room is so tired I felt sorry for it. The curtains so old and frail that as you pull them they rip, literally. I don’t think it has been updated in 20 years. Even the room ridge has gone missing. Just a gap where it should be An expensive place that looks and feels like a premiere inn but at over £200+ a night very far from where it should be One more night then onward thank goodness"

"I am writing this review publicly as I was unable to find a direct contact email for the venue, which would have been my preferred way to share these concerns. As a former hospitality professional myself, and someone who used to co-own a pub in Devon, I am offering this feedback as a matter of professional advice to management. We visited The Fishbourne Inn just after Easter following a lovely early evening walk with our dog. To start with the positives: the food and drinks were very good, and the majority of the staff we encountered were lovely and welcoming, the colors of the trees and the light in the area is amazing. However, there were two issues that significantly soured the experience. Firstly, arriving to find staff members vaping right by the entrance provides a very poor first impression. It lacks the professional standard that the rest of the venue and the kitchen seem to strive for. Secondly, and most importantly, was the conduct of a lady working behind the bar (short blonde hair, glasses). Her behavior was incredibly nasty to observe; she used condescending, "classroom-style" childish tactics when presenting beers, specifically doing so behind the back of a gentleman who was simply standing near the bar chatting with his friends. It was a masterclass in divisive behavior. If you work in hospitality, you must be hospitable and a "people person." We all have to deal with toxic people in our working lives, but a friendly pub is the last place you expect to find it—especially from the staff. This individual’s prejudiced and rude manners were a total disservice to the rest of your hardworking team. I hope management takes this seriously. Toxic front-of-house behavior like this can ruin the atmosphere for everyone and is a major liability to a pub's reputation. Manners and professional boundaries are essential, and they were sorely lacking here."

Apreciei ter um banheiro EM um banheiro.O outro é um chuveiro de suite ligado à sala de estar.O WiFi gratuito foi um pouco atingido e perdido, MAS havia Mais do que UMA recepção adequada 5G no MEU celular para compensar. Para aqueles que esperam entretenimento noturno, você Pode IR para um Parkdean, porque não há ninguém aqui, venha aqui para a paz e a calma.Muito obrigado Ao pessoal que estava muito amigável. Eu voltaria 100% para este parque quando viesse para a ilha e Como visitantes regulares a ele te diriam, você Nunca se cansa de visitar."
