"Hotel was very clean and presentable. Check in was simple and stress free with friendly receptionists. We stayed as we was visiting Europa Park, a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride away. We walked and it’s all well signposted from the hotel to the park. There is a Lidl and EDEKA nearby for food, the hotel does minimal food options in an evening, just pizza and wings however there is a microwave in the dining area should you buy anything and wish to heat it, Great night sleep, couldn’t fault anything"

"ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We booked a night with a friend, we were at the theme park for the day and sent a message before 7:30 p.m. (check-in end time) to warn that we would be 10 minutes late. She simply told us that it was not possible, the person in charge of handing over the keys had already left and this famous Christine simply left us outside in the cold (end of November) without any mercy. She then gave no more news, no response to our calls and messages but nonetheless collected our money. We contacted booking who requested a refund from the latter who refused it and who had the nerve to send us an email saying that we did not show up. We had to pay for another night in a hotel after staying more than an hour and a half in the cold while we found a solution. People like her disgust me. Never book with her!!!"

"We stayed at Pension Yvonne as a family of two adults, two children and a baby on July 2023 and we had a great experience! Yvonne and her parents are so kind. Even before we arrived, I had a lot of questions for Yvonne by email and she answered them all with great patience and kindness. Wonderful breakfast with a good variety. The room was very clean and welcoming with a free bottle of water and housekeeping every day. Nice location, a few minutes walk from Europa Park and restaurants and a lovely bakery called bohn. I recommend the family suite, it is very spacious and comfortable, a lovely balcony, great shower. The street is quiet and nice. Yvonne had a lot of information on traveling with kids and her father recommended us on beautiful roads to drive through. I am sure we will come back again, It was a feeling of a perfect vacation together with feeling at home. Thank you very much Yvonne :)"
