I did not receive any check-in information beforehand so I had to call to get the code for my room, but they did answer very fast so it was not a big deal. The location is quite good and room was clean as well.

Good reply speed even no front desk service.

These apar**ents were very clean and had everything you needed. It was very close to a pizza place outside and only less than 5 minute walk to the centre of Rovaniemi. Lots of restaurants and malls nearby. It had a sauna but we never got a chance to use it. Lots of room and space!

My recent stay left much to be desired. The photographs provided on the website proved to be misleading, as the rooms were significantly smaller in reality, likely due to the wide-angle lens used by the owner. The beds were noticeably smaller than standard single beds, and the mattresses were uncomfortably soft, reminiscent of a college dormitory experience. Furthermore, the check-in time at 4 pm posed an inconvenience, and the absence of a reception area to store luggage created additional challenges. For guests arriving on early morning flights, the struggle to manage luggage in minus 15 celsius was an unexpected and unwelcome aspect of the stay. While it's possible to rent locker space at the central station/airport, the associated costs and additional effort might make one question the overall value. In hindsight, booking well in advance might secure a better hotel room for a comparable price, rendering this choice less appealing. Overall, the combination of misrepresented room sizes, subpar bedding, inconvenient check-in hours, and the lack of luggage storage facilities left me regretting my decision to stay at this particular service apar**ent.

The room was spacious, cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay and cook your own meals. Location is great, 5min walk to the main shopping street and many tour operators. Cleanliness was good, the only thing was we found black stains on one of the blankets, tried to wipe them off with antibacterial wipes but it wouldn’t come off. Make sure to check your emails closer to your stay as they will send an email to ask for confirmation. If you don’t do this, you won’t get your room number and code. There is an office next to the apar**ents with staff if you need help. Very helpful staff. One last thing to note, there is a washing machine to do laundry but no dryer. You have to use the drying rack in your room.

I cannot fault the communications beforehand (high floor request met) the cleanliness and facilities of apar**ent 68 for our 4 night stay were brilliant as too the location. My choosing an apar**ent over a hotel was for the additional comforts. As a 2 guest apar**ent I have suggested 2 comfortable chairs or small sofa be provided as I personally do not enjoy lounging on a bed, but neither spending 4 nights on a dining chair! Sadly our discomfort did not end there as we were cold the entire time. The heating was on max and the bathroom was warm but not the living area. Contacting customer services I was told the overall heating was based on the outside temperature ( it was -19 ) and over 24hrs later a heater arrived which was totally inadequate, kept cutting out and having been warned not to leave it on whilst we slept I did not consider it safe. As we had returned late and were departing the next day we discarded it and ended up going to bed. I have seen other reviews where this has been an issue and would of considered it a relative easy fix. The exceedingly good review I could of given has been literally left out in the cold!!
