Mattress was worn and needs replaced. There was a hole that I sank in. I did not sleep well at all.

Roaches in the room. Moved to another room and still bugs. Moved downstairs to first floor. So far no bugs. Awful. They said they’re going to renovate next year. They need to shut down and exterminate.

The guy at the front desk was friendly, and check in was great. HOWEVER, our room (#205) smelled like a mildewy basement! We sprayed the room with Lysol and other fragrance spray, and the smell would not go away. The bed slept okay. But, we did not sleep well because the smell kept us awake. For some odd reason the refrigerator was off, and the ice maker did not work. The grounds were unkept; unmoved ****s, and dead trees, and bushes. I would not recommend this place. And I definitely will NOT be staying here again.

My room 208 smelled like feet. At 730am first morning someone tried to break in my room door, then came back and did it over and over again I had to yell at them to leave, they said sorry it shows your room to be unoccupied had I not locked the door with the top lock they would have walked right in on me sleeping. TV finally worked but was challenging.

Carpet had a slight order when you first walk-in, but nothing major. Air conditioner was rather outdated, but functional. Overall it was a pretty relaxing stay and close to places to eat.

The problem was not with the property but with Travelocity. The hotel never received the request for my reservation, which gave me a lot of grief.

Hotel is very outdated and worn. Room 317 had stained carpet, a very visible stain on the comforter, bathroom fan made a constant banging noise, one pillow case had a blood stain…👎👎 Would not book a room at this location again.

All staff was kind and friendly, bed/pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Gym actually had weights. Shower stayed hot. Hotel is quiet and tucked behind multiple (walkable) restaurants so no road noise. Had to work from the hotel, and the free WiFi in room was solid and reliable. Great hotel and would stay again.
