Dottie and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Dottie is a very sweet young lady who has a gift for customer service. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I felt safe staying there by myself. Very convenient location

The staff was over the top great and the coffee machine was my favorite. Pool is heated and very clean. Breakfast was good but not amazing but clean and saved us the cost of a meal. Will stay there again!

This was a nice hotel. Clean comfortable and spacious room. Bed and pillows were great. I especially liked the pillows! I slept better than I do at home. Breakfast was very nice. I liked the room breakfast was in. Love the coffee machine that also brews hot chocolates, mochas and lattes. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Whenever we interacted with staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel in the Wausau area.

The property was close to the bowling lanes where my son bowled - very easy access to multiple eateries and the highway. Very friendly staff.

Street lights in the window was like daylight all night couldn’t sleep!! A shade or something is needed because curtains would not shut all the way!!

Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was AMAZING!! We were able to use the breakfast room to play board games while we waited for the pool to open so we wouldn’t wake the toddler from their nap. The heated pool was like bath water👍👍

Staff was very attentive and extremely polite.
For example, my wife and I were waiting for the elevator, when my wife coughed a few times. The desk attendant (who was around the corner and 20 feet away) hurried over and asked my wife if she was ok and if some water would help her cough. Very attentive and very kind.
Cleaning staff was also very friendly and very polite.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was in great shape and hot tub was relaxing and hot. Will come back here when in the area.

I definitely would stay here again. The only thing was the chlorine level was high so we couldn’t stay in the pool as long we wanted.
