We spent a night here while traveling around Germany. The hotel is located just below Rothenburg centre and it is on a stunning location with a beautiful view of its park and a stream below. Parking areas are easy to find and we even managed to get a charging point on the one below at the stream (only a socket, still good enough). We had to wait a bit on the reception but otherwise service was good. Breakfast was average German, nothing special but okay. Room itself was spacious and very interesting since this is a castle with built in box as a bathroom with a low ceiling which I did not like much. The whole castle was almost empty since we were there in January giving it a somewhat “creepy” feeling. There is an exit close to the coty but only main entrance was doable. Nevertheless, the stay there was quite pleasant in the end so worth a visit if you have the opportunity.

This property is stunning, gorgeous, beautiful, peaceful. We loved staying in a "castle". The interior is breathtaking. The exterior is lovely and peaceful. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The little town of Rothenburg, with all its cute shops, was just a very short walk away. To anyone traveling to Germany, I highly suggest you stay here. Such a calm stay.

We had problems with bats in our room. Unfortunately there is no hotel personnel on the premises after 8:00 pm. We found an emergency number but nobody came to help and they said they didn’t have access to room key to switch room.
With the help of hotel guest we were able to let the bats out. But it was well after midnight before we could use our room.
They did refund our money in the morning. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent.

I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The historic building and expansive grounds made for an intriguing location. The staff were friendly and the building environment was warm and immaculate. There was an extensive buffet for breakfast. It would have been nice if my room was a bit bigger (it was a single room) and had an upholstered chair in it for relaxation. It did have a table and chair, however, which was helpful as my time there was partly as a work get away. Other than the size, the room was very pleasant and comfortable. I hope to go back to Wildbad Rothenburg.

Albergo bellissimo in quanto la struttura sembra un castello. In realtà era un antico ospedale del 1300 trasformato poi nel tempo in un centro curativo ortopedico perché il fiume conteneva sostanze solforose. Il parco è molto grande ed attraverso il sentiero o una scalinata si raggiunge l'accesso alla porta medioevale di Rothenburg. Colazione normale. Camera molto grande e spaziosa.

Vor den Toren der wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Stadt Rothenburg findet sich dieses Kleinod, ein ehemaliges Kurhaus aus dem Jahr 1903. Das faszinierende Haus mit viel Geschichte hat uns beeindruckt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, im Haus herrscht eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man sich wünscht in bester Qualität. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Rothenburg kehren wir sehr gerne wieder hier ein!

Ich war hier zu einer Klausurtagung. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und stadtnah gelegen. Hier kann man schnelle Ausflüge in die Rothenburger City machen. Das Haus ist sehr treppenlastig. Es gibt 7 Etagen.
