Beautiful hotel, spacious room with balcony. Great location, a few minutes walk to the city center.

It is located in the center of the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, the town is paved with cobblestones, so moving a large carry-on was quite difficult. The hotel staff were very helpful and I was able to process the check-in smoothly. There were some minor issues, such as the door being hard to close, but the room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean. There was no air conditioning, and the balcony was connected to the next room, so security is important. We were given a room on the second floor (actually the third floor), and the view from the balcony was great. Having bread and coffee at the table outside was great. I didn't have breakfast this time, but I would definitely like to have it next time I visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Glad that front desk is willing to change back the room we booked. No toiletries provided, overall room is clean and comfortable and location is great just opposite the HBF.
