We booked queen bed, but was given 2 twin beds which is placed in one corner and another corner, reason from front desk is queen bed room is all taken-up..In that case what’s the purpose of guest room reservation with specific requirement. Glad that front desk is willing to change back the room we booked. No toiletries provided, overall room is clean and comfortable and location is great just opposite the HBF.

The room assigned to us by the Rothenburg Hotel is almost equivalent to the best location of this hotel. It is in the highest position among the rooms in the hotel. From the bathroom, the facilities may be a bit old. The hotel is an old building, which is hundreds of years old. The keys are all old objects, heavy, simple, and special. Then the bar and restaurant downstairs are also scattered, but we went in the off-season, so there were not many people. The location of this hotel is also invincible. It is just below the tower of the city hall, next to the city hall square, next to the Christmas gift shop that is worth visiting, and there are all kinds of restaurants around. It is simply the best location. There is no parking lot. You can get on and off the luggage, but you have to park in a nearby parking lot. The machine pays the fee. When I went there, there were not many people and cars, which was also very convenient. Very good experience, worth full marks.

Be sure to lock the room door when you sleep, otherwise it will be opened by others. Later, I went around in the back garden and found that room 4 was air-conditioned, but our room was not. The last Tumuji room is an exhibition hall, not their hotel! The pictures hanging on Trip.com by their hotel are suspected of misleading consumers. It is recommended that Trip.com delete the pictures on their homepage after inspection.
