Sentido Punta del Mar Hotel & Spa

Booked this hotel as a group of 6 women looking for a relaxing break and it was absolutely wonderful. We arrived quite late. On arrival we were given a glass of fizz and the option to grab the buffet before it closed. Very friendly reception staff. Rooms were massive. We had sea view suites which had an incredible view of the bay. Cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable and enormous. The hotel is 20-30 mins walk to Santa Ponsa town and beach. Do your research as there are some lovely restaurants locally. We absolutely loved the hotel. Lots of activities which we enjoyed. Spa was very hot so we didn't actually use any of the indoor spa facilities but we had massages which were really good. Would recommend. Blue bar had great views of the sea and did fantastic cocktails Better than the ones on level 1. It's an upside down hotel. You arrive at reception on level 6 and then the pool and big bar are down on level 1. We never had a problem getting a lounger. Treated ourselves one day to a day bed at 24€. Well worth it. The pools were freezing. I just dipped in the whirlpool to cool down but even that was chilly. Location wise you have supermarkets, restaurants, karaoke bar within 5 minutes walk. Great to stock up on water and snacks. Hotel is fairly pricey. Large coke is 5€. To be expected in a nice hotel so didn't mind. We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was an absolute oasis of luxury and relaxation. Santa ponsa seemed fine. Probably not quite as upmarket as some areas in Majorca but good night life if you are looking for good night out. We had a great evening in the Irish bars and a brilliant night in the local Karaoke bar. Would love to go back.

Clean hotel with great views and very friendly and attentive staff. Entertainment coordinator was very good. Games during the day were great and in the evenings there were a couple of quizzes throughout the week before the live music began. Some singers better than others, though all entertaining, particularly if you like to get up and dance. Good food in all areas of the hotel, and good variety in the buffet day to day. For us the location was one of the best aspects of the hotel. Being on the corner and right on the coast you had great views out to sea and across the bay. The steps down to the cove were great. This area was nice and secluded with a board for jumping or diving straight into the sea. Would definitely go here again.

Beautiful place, stunning views, our room 731 was lovely, spotlessly clean & comfortable. The whole hotel is beautiful & the staff all welcoming & friendly. No need to rush down to put towels in the beds as loads of free beds any time if the day, the only negative would be the beds are so close together. Food was ample, some not to my taste & at times a little cold but it’s very hard to please everyone. Beautiful beach in Santa Ponsa no more than 10 mins walk & a lovely walk along the front. Would recommend to anyone. Stunning

First time visitors to this beautiful hotel and definitely won't be the last. My mum and I had the most wonderful week and felt we should've gone for 10 days instead of 7. The food was brilliant, a different theme every night, good entertainment in the evening and amazing friendly helpful staff. We must say a big thank you to Pere who sorted our room as we discovered upon checking in our specific room request by our tour operator hadn't been adhered to. Our room was brilliant and very spacious with the best view. Our balcony was large with comfy seats, far surpassing any hotels we've stayed in including 5 stars. Any issues we had in the room were rectified right away. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and made us feel very welcome every day. We hope to return soon

The hotel was beautiful and the view was amazing when we walked into the hotel.So staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in we didn't have much privacy as it was right next to a winding stairs that went up to an other pool. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. It is a fabulous hotel and I would definitely go back. I would recommend this hotel fir your holidays.

The hotel is lovely, the menu is varied and being buffet style you can eat as little or as much as you want. The absolute icing on the cake though for me was the view which was picture perfect. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even the weather was good. Will definitely go back for a longer stay.
