Pierre&Vacances Mallorca Deya

After reading some of the reviews about this hotel I was apprehensive about coming but it was really nice apartments.. clean all the way through...the bedroom: comfy beds,clean linen,good cupboard space... The bathroom: nice and clean walk in shower...big mirror above sink,hairdryer,soap dispenser. The living area: couch with pull out bed,table and chairs,table,kettle,microwave,crockery and cutlery...the only downfall was there was no toaster... The balcony: very clean with table and chairs... The reception staff were helpfull and nice...if you need extra pillows toilet roll ect, they were given to you no problems.. Pool area: nice clean pool area and big pool with some sun loungers... Overall it was a great stay..thank you Entertainment: ok if you weren't a celtic fan but if you are then Brennans, Sean's place, the Dublin bar are all great...I went to the caledonian bar which had karaoke and bingo every night and they also had an ABBA tribute act which was great and the same 2 girls singing 60s - 90s music good aswell...another good bar for bingo was floppies bar... Food: the best breakfast I had was in the glasgow bar up at the square..and best dinner was at scotts restaraunt above flamingos.. I didn't like any of the chinese restaraunts there but that was just my opinion..best kebab shop was across from deya entrance.. We also went to marineland which cost us 87 euros for 3 of us with bus pick up and drop off and it was a great day out. And best cocktails were at coco Bay.. Overall we had a great time

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and very spacious, the view was fantastic ,check in was easy and we needed a late checkout which was not a problem,we stayed in apartment 177 ,28may /1june we had a great time and would definitely stay again 🤩

We were very happy with our stay at the Deya Apartments, We stayed 20th /30th may. 2024.-10 nights. Our apartment was a Sea View one on the 7th floor. It's worth paying the little extra for comfort. The view alone was breathtaking and we had a larger balcony. The staff were absolutely lovely .We arrived off an early morning flight and got our keys straight away .Apartment was spotless and shower was nice. You can have cleaning and towels on request. We were giving plenty of towels and sheets and our rubbish was taken down. As a mature couple we kept our apartment clean and brought our rubbish down every day. Well done Deya.

Had a pretty positive experience. Apartments were large and exactly what was described online. No housekeeping during the 4 days but could get fresh towels etc from reception. Had 4 rooms for 10 hens. Shower completely flooded bathroom when out full but okay with pressure down. Plenty of room to have pre drinks and games in room for all 10 of us. Beds and sofa comfortable enough. Fridge with freezer drawer (ice is a must!). Pool area large and comfortable loungers. Could I pick fault in the apartments absolutely. But for what we wanted and the price paid they exceeded our expectations. Would I return… maybe not unless in a group booking but would absolutely recommend if that is what you are looking for.

Would not recommend. Checkin was smooth enough but no information given, room 715 had a nice view but broken toilet, broken bed and broken aircon. No cleaning was done during our stay or towels changed. Rude receptionist laughed when we asked for late checkout and didn’t even offer or show us the courtesy room. Very strict round the pool. Would not return or recommend.

In spite of the many negative reviews my wife and I booked into the hotel for a stay of 7 days. Yes, if we wanted to find fault we could have done so, but did not find anything to complain about other than the constant noise coming from the revelers! We were fortunate to have had a sea view balcony in a clean and well equipped apartment on the 5th floor. The most memorable experience for us were the three front line staff! Gabriel, Avel and Yusuf, they were simply the best! They were friendly, helpful and certainly made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back to the Deya apartments with our next vacation in Santa Ponsa.

An extremely dirty filthy property. The entrance to the hotel contained a large accumulation of discarded rubbish, which could very easily have been rectified but obviously wasn't a priority with management. " FIRST IMPRESSIONS". We were checked in by very pleasant staff and made our way to our room. On entering our room we noticed a very unpleasant odour. The laminated floor was filthy dirty , obviously hadn't been hoovered and washed. The pull out bed/ sofa was completely unfit to sit on . The cushions were covered in stains and the seat was badly stained with holes in the material and pet hairs. The bedspread???? was only fit for the bin. This hotel is listed as a three star!!!!!. It doesn't warrant one star. DO NOT ruin your holiday by booking this property . We checked out one hour after checking in and luckily found a far superior hotel . PLEASE read all the reviews before booking . Don't make the same mistake as we did by not reading the reviews.

The hotel overall was lovely staff were so friendly and cheerful we met a staff member Gabriel he was so helpful and friendly. Apon arrival it was hard to find as the hotel is only known as deya not by its full title. Room was spotless apart from the microwave which had the last residents food on a plate inside of it. The room doesn't get cleaned and beds don't get dressed while you stay here when needing new towels and tissue paper you have to ask at reception. Pool times are 9am- 6pm would be great if it was open longer, but overall amazing stay would definitely stay here again!

So where to start, this place is a dump!!!!!! DO NOT waste your money on this place. The bed sheets hadn't been changed when I came in there was dirt and bugs on the sheets!! I had to change it myself... my friend got bit and her leg was swollen... Cockroachs everywhere.. just run away from this place it's a low class hostel!!!!
