The roads getting to the resort were all flooded, from Tijuana to Rosarito Beach. We couldn't get to our hotel and had to turn back. We booked 2 rooms. We would like a credit for the rooms to use another time we are down there.

The hotel and rooms are very run down. When you are booking they show you pictures of rooms you don't get. It said the room was updated in 2020, NOT TRUE! We got an old room with a leak in the ceiling. When i asked about an updated room, they wanted more $$. We asked to be moved to another room, still not the room in any picture and last update must have been in the 70s. Also, booking says free breakfast, but they fight you for it and ask for proof. It happened to another person when we were there. The restaurant, grounds and private beach are a plus.

Nice old traditional Mexican hotel. This is what to expect of the area. Our room was clean. We had a couple technical issues with the room at first but they were quick to sort it out. We will stay here again

Great older property at a very affordable price. It is an older property, but half the price of what you get down the street at Rosarito Beach hotel for almost half the price. Remember it's Mexico and the property is older but we really enjoyed our stay.

Stay was great. Staff were hospitable. I had only one issue during checkin. They gave me A room in a completely different building which does not look like what shown in the pictures. So check with the hotel if your room will be in the main area before booking.

First , the Hotel charge the customer $40.00 cash only. Used to be $20.00
They said is to cover lost or damages to the rTV remote Controls , AC control, and if anything inside the room is damaged
Not my first stayed at this place. View is better than any Hotel in Rosarito
But this property needs amlot of improving. TV never works and last 3 tomes also never work
Only 2 towels for the day. Restaurant, Bar, food , drinks are 5 star plus prices . Personal is very friendly and helpful
Everytime we go is new management. And new employees. At check out there is a guy in charge of cheking the room for any incidents and keep you waiting at least 15 min. Is not a Motel

Really dirty and noisy. You could hear everything from the room next to you. Couldn’t sleep at night because the people upstairs were really noisy at night so I had to ask for another room.
