Es la segunda vez que vamos. El servicio bien, pero en la hab la bañera es demasiado alta dificultando el acceso y la salida. La comida normal, tal vez demasiada salsa y pocas verduras para elegir. Las vistas y la habitación muy bien.

This was an amazing holiday! The food was delicious. It's doesn't matter what your preferences are because you'll find so many different sorts of dishes that will suit everyone. Thanks for the great time to the animation team! My 12 years old daughters were playing different games every day. Animators were also doing interesting competitions for adults as well. We had fun playing. Our family is very thankful for the good memories we made! I would recommend this place for the great family time!

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are so spacious with lots of up-to-date mod cons like kettle flat screen tv which also has English channels which is amazing for the kids and a hairdryer. Very very clean and tidy and the rooms get cleaned every day to a very high standard. The restaurant is also very clean with great food choices to cater for even the most pick eaters like myself. The pools are a big size abit cold on the cooler days but are highly appreciated on the very hot humid days. The kids loved the slides and the entertainment especially the entertainment staff. They made the holiday for my boys always making the effort to get them involved in each day activities and allowing my boys to take part in the adult games to as my eldest is abit quite and doesn't like going to the kids clubs. Manu was the key part to my family holiday he made so much effort with my kids and myself bringing us all out of our comfort zone would definitely recommend and be returning

Great value for money, good food and lovely staff ready to help all the time. We were pleased with the activities as well. My daughter cried when we left and I promised her we’ll come back asap. She loved the activities they done for kids and I enjoyed taking part in adults activities. The weather was not so bad for the first week of April. A bit windy sometimes but still warm and nice. Really pleased with our holiday. We rented a car and visited the surroundings recommended by the staff one day as my daughter didn’t want to leave the hotel for more then once. The beach is very close which is a plus

We was there from Tuesday and we didn’t have the towels changed til Saturday, though we complained the staff did nothing, also the tea tray wasn’t replenished, so off I went to reception again an just fobbed off, the reception did nothing again 🤬

We stayed for a week at this hotel… reviews looked promising and a few friends had stayed here recently but only for a few nights. Check in was smooth, however we had two rooms and apartment and a sea view room… the receptionist asked for €200 deposit… which I thought was not very good as it is a high value… I was told our travel agent should have told us it was in the small print etc (I have been abroad many times and never experienced this issue, so not sure why this particular hotel wanted the money). My apartment was over a different side to our relatives… I had 2 children and 3 suitcases, no offer of help or anything. The apartment was the other side of the hotel and the lift was the opposite end of the apartment room (the lift was very small - fitting two small strollers in and me was very tight). And the one lift button was broken from the first floor, so I only had the use of the one lift. The apartment was stunning and the balcony… very large and two bathrooms, a fridge kettle etc. rooms were cleaned daily fresh sheets etc… however the floor looked clean but guessing it was from the same but I wore white socks and my white socks were yellow/orange. The pools were fab and a hit with the kids… the steps getting up to the big slides were very slippy and the grip on the steps had worn so it was slippy. The lifeguards had different rules some said yes to my boy going down on his belly, some said no. Overall pools good but a bit chilly. They had a blow up slide as well which was good. Nothing around the hotel apart from one small shop and a few cafes, one small bakery just up the road… and the grand plaza shopping centre with primark etc… not much to walk too or anything. Kids outdoor adventure place open Friday, Saturday and Sundays opposite hotel. Not the hotels fault but didn’t feel very holiday like and was more so village like. Don’t give us the holiday feel. The food was very tasty, very repetitive for the kids and the meats often the same. Not lots of options for the kids, puddings not a large variety. The pancakes are one of the best I have had. Food taste is deff one of the highlights. Staff, most were ok appeared the English holiday makers was not valued and a lot was aimed at the Spanish… I love that Spanish feel for the holiday but the holiday club, the games, the disco (all was Spanish) so the kids struggled. Holiday club didn’t seem bothered with the English kids. We first arrived on a Saturday and it was bombarded by sports teams… the restaurant was flooded with young people, who pushed knocked and didn’t give a care in the world what they done or where they went. My 82 year old was pushed and shoved by the kids and adults. Families were passing glass water bottles over my 3 month old and the kids squeezing past his pram waking him up and nearly pushing pram over. You would let people go (no thanks in English or Spanish) you’d get knocked by them and no sorry. Hotel was not to blame for this but it was a shame as th

Immaculately clean, friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed and great food. Can’t say much for the alcoholic drinks, they weren’t the best but you could pay more for premium brands. There isn’t a great deal to do outside of the hotel. No little stalls or cafes to poke around in on an evening. The beach is gritty and the sea is not great for swimming as it’s rough so we stuck to the pool at the hotel. The pool is COLD but you kinda get use to it. This place is more like a city than a hotel and it can get very busy at times. They have 4 lifts but usually only 2 working so you can wait (and wait and wait) or take your chance of having a heart attack while walking up 1900 million steps in the heat. Ether way plan ahead because both options take a while. You have to pay 10 Euros cash per person when you check in for the all inclusive bands. You do get this back when you check out. Overall a great break in a comfortable hotel. Wouldn’t go back but only because of the beach situation. If you like to be in the all inclusive bubble then this hotel is a great option.
